This Privacy Policy describes how FocusTime ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. Our core philosophy is that your focus and your data belong entirely to you.

1. Data Collection and Storage FocusTime does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any external servers or third-party databases. All your focus sessions, timer history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. If you have enabled iCloud, your data is securely synced across your Apple devices using your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.

2. Apple Health (HealthKit) Integration FocusTime requests your explicit permission to read and write data to the Apple Health app (HealthKit) specifically to log "Mindful Minutes" after a completed focus session.

• We do not use or disclose HealthKit data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or other use-based data mining purposes.
• HealthKit data is strictly used to provide the core functionality of syncing your focus time with your daily Apple Health rings.
• You can manage or revoke this access at any time in the Apple Health app settings.

3. Notifications and Haptics FocusTime uses local notifications to alert you when a session ends or to remind you to maintain your streak. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device and are not triggered by any remote servers.

4. Third-Party Analytics We do not use any third-party analytics trackers, crash reporters, or advertising SDKs. Your usage behavior remains completely private.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
