Privacy Policy for FLYSPEAK
https://flyspeak.net/eng1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how the FlySpeak service (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") collects, uses, processes, and protects the data of Users interacting with the FlySpeak Telegram bot and mini-app.
1.2. The commencement of the service's use constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of this Policy.
2. What Data We Collect
2.1. Telegram Profile Data: Upon launching the bot, we automatically receive basic public account data: Telegram ID, name (First Name / Last Name), public username (Username), and interface language code.
2.2. User Content: We save the words, lists, and settings that the User independently adds to their personal vocabulary for learning.
2.3. AI Operation Data: During voice or text communication with artificial intelligence, the service processes the User's requests. The FlySpeak servers temporarily store only the last 10 messages of the dialogue to provide context for the current session.
2.4. Technical Analytics: Anonymized data regarding interface usage (app navigation, statistics on added words, facts of call initiation) to improve product stability.
3. What We Fundamentally DO NOT Collect or Store
3.1. P2P Calls: We do not record, listen to, or store the audio streams of voice calls between users. The connection is established in real-time. Neither audio files, session logs, nor transcripts of these conversations are saved on the Contractor's servers.
3.2. Full Chat History: The entire historical archive of dialogues with the bot is physically stored on the Telegram messenger infrastructure. The Contractor does not duplicate or export this database to its servers.
3.3. Payment Data: All financial transactions are processed by external certified payment systems. The Contractor does not collect and does not have access to the User's bank card numbers, CVC codes, or banking details.
4. How We Use Data
4.1. To authorize the User and provide access to the personal account without additional passwords.
4.2. To synchronize the personal vocabulary and save progress.
4.3. To generate artificial intelligence responses (via transmitting context to neural network providers).
4.4. To provide technical support and process inquiries.
5. Data Transfer to Third Parties
5.1. The Contractor categorically does not sell Users' personal data to advertising networks, data brokers, or other third-party companies.
5.2. Strictly limited access to data is granted only to:
- LLM (Large Language Model) Providers: Exclusively in the form of transit text requests to generate AI responses in real-time.
- Payment Gateways: Only to the extent necessary to link a payment to a specific Telegram ID.
- Government Authorities: Exclusively upon an official, legally justified request within the framework of applicable legislation.
6. Data Storage and Deletion
6.1. User data is stored on the Contractor's servers for as long as the User utilizes the service.
6.2. Right to Deletion: The User has the right to completely delete their account at any time through the app interface. In this case, all vocabulary data, settings, and AI context are irreversibly erased from the FlySpeak servers.
6.3. The blocking of the Telegram bot by the User is also considered a withdrawal of consent to data processing. Interaction with the profile ceases, and the data is isolated.
7. Changes to the Policy
7.1. The Contractor reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this Policy.
7.2. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication at the current link. Continued use of the service after the text is updated constitutes the User's full acceptance of the new terms.
