Usage Data is collected automatically during your use of the Service.

This may include your IP address, device model, operating system, session duration, pages visited, and diagnostic data.

When using the Service via a mobile device, we may also collect system version and network information.

Use of Collected Data

We may use the collected data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Manage your Account and preferences.
• Communicate updates, support messages, or security notices.
• Deliver promotional or app-related content (optional).

Deleting Your Data

You may delete your account and data at any time through Profile → Delete Account & Data.

This removes all personal identifiers, preferences, and locally stored data.

Some minimal information may be retained only as required by law.

We may disclose Personal Data in the following cases:

• To comply with legal obligations or requests from authorities;
• To protect the rights or property of the Company;
• To prevent fraud or misuse of the Service;
• To ensure user and public safety.

Security of Data

We use modern encryption and secure infrastructure to protect your information.

All data transmissions (ads, analytics, etc.) use TLS 1.2+ encryption, and local data is safely stored within the app’s sandbox.

Although no system can be fully secure, we apply best practices to minimize risks.

Data Safety and Permissions

Cluckpunk collects limited, non-personal data for performance analysis and app improvement:

• Google Advertising ID (AAID) — used for ad delivery and performance tracking via Google AdMob; stored for up to 24 months and can be reset by the user.
• Crash and diagnostic reports — collected via Firebase Crashlytics to detect bugs; retained up to 90 days.
• Anonymous analytics — via Firebase Analytics to measure engagement and improve features; stored up to 14 months.

If Camera access is requested, it is used only for optional profile photo features and data remains local to your device.

Children’s Privacy

Cluckpunk is intended for users aged 16 and above and is not directed toward children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

You will be notified via in-app notice or email before major updates take effect.
