Better X Timeline is a Chrome extension that helps you personalize your experience on X (formerly Twitter).

DATA WE COLLECT

We collect nothing. Better X Timeline does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, browsing history, or usage information.

HOW THE EXTENSION WORKS

All settings (your interest topics and on/off preference) are saved locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage. This data never leaves your browser and is never sent to any server.

THIRD PARTIES

Better X Timeline does not use any third-party services, analytics tools, or advertising networks.

PERMISSIONS

The extension requests the following permissions solely to function:

- Storage: to save your interest topics and settings locally on your device.

- Access to x.com and twitter.com: to read your timeline and interact with content based on your defined preferences.

YOUR DATA

Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is nothing to request, export, or delete. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored settings automatically.

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
