This Privacy Policy explains how Amber Rhythm ("the Game", "we", "our") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this document carefully.

1. Overview

Amber Rhythm is a casual arcade reflex game built around five quick 30-second mini-drills — Color Match, Tap Pattern, Spatial Target, Sequence Memory, and Math Sprint — designed for short play sessions on mobile. The Game tracks your personal best scores and simple play statistics. Amber Rhythm is designed with an offline-first approach: all game progress and preferences are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Account credentials or authentication tokens
• Device location or GPS coordinates (the Game does not request location permissions)
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral telemetry
• Advertising identifiers or tracking cookies
• Your gameplay patterns, session times, or in-game choices

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The Game saves the following data locally on your device only, so it persists between sessions:

• Personal best scores for each of the five drills and the Daily Combo
• Aggregate statistics such as total games played and total taps
• Your preferences (theme: auto/light/dark, sound on/off, haptic feedback on/off)

This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the Game permanently deletes all of it. You can also reset it at any time using the "Reset All" option in the Stats screen.

4. Network and Third-Party Services

Amber Rhythm is fully offline and does not connect to the internet. It contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics services, and no third-party data-sharing components.

5. Permissions

The Game uses only the minimal device capability required for tactile feedback (vibration). It does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or location.

6. Children's Privacy

Amber Rhythm does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The Game is suitable for general audiences.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
