Privacy Policy: Paste & Send

Paste & Send is a browser extension that lets you send images and files to Twitch chat through an upload server you choose.

What the extension does with data

- When you paste, drag or pick a file, the extension uploads it directly from your browser to the image host selected in its settings (for example kappa.lol, img.xyli.eu, imgur.com, clovi.ru or a custom server you add). The returned link is inserted into the Twitch chat input.

- To show previews, the extension reads links in the Twitch chat page and loads the linked images or videos from their hosts.

- The host you upload to receives the file and technical data that any web request carries (such as your IP address). Its own privacy policy applies to how it stores and uses that data.

What the developer collects

Nothing. The developer does not receive, store or process your files, chat messages, browsing history or any personal data. The extension has no analytics, advertising or tracking and does not sell or share data.

Local storage

Your settings (selected host, custom server, preview size, viewer mode, animations toggle) are stored in the browser's extension storage on your device only.

Permissions

The extension runs on twitch.tv and requests access only to the upload and preview hosts it needs. Access to all sites is optional and is requested only if you enable "Preview any links" or add a custom server.
