This Privacy Policy describes how Devio FZCO ("we", "our", or "the Company") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the NaixRay application ("the App").

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information — email address and authentication credentials required to create and manage your account.

Subscription Information — details about your subscription plan, payment status, and subscription period. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Apple App Store, Google Play). We do not store your credit card or payment details.

Usage Data — connection timestamps, selected server region, and data volume transferred. This data is used solely for service delivery and enforcing subscription limits.

Device Information — device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not monitor, record, or store your browsing activity, visited websites, DNS queries, or the content of your internet traffic. We do not log your original IP address in connection with your activity.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and maintain the service, manage your account and subscription, enforce usage limits according to your subscription plan, send important service notifications, improve app performance and stability, and respond to your support requests.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Supabase — for account and subscription data storage. Apple App Store / Google Play — for payment processing and app distribution. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at devioholding@gmail.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. International Data Transfers

As our company is based in the UAE and our infrastructure may be located in different regions, your data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Applicable Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
