AI Processing via Third-Party API

When you use AI Stylist’s generation features, selected photos are temporarily transmitted to the third-party API at https://uwear.ai/api.

This API is owned and operated by Uwear, an external service that provides AI-based outfit generation.

Images are sent solely for processing and are not stored or analyzed by AI Stylist.

We do not have access to or control over how Uwear stores or processes this data beyond what is described in their own Privacy Policy.

AI Stylist itself does not retain, store, or upload your images to any of our servers.

3. How We Use Information

We use image data exclusively to:

Generate AI-powered outfit visuals through the Uwear API.
Improve your in-app experience and maintain functionality.

We do not use your data for analytics, advertising, or user profiling.

All photos remain private to you unless you explicitly share them outside the app.

4. Data Retention and Security

AI Stylist does not permanently store any user data or photos.

All temporary uploads occur securely via HTTPS encryption and are deleted after the AI processing request completes.

As Uwear is a third-party API provider, they may handle your data according to their own security and retention practices.

We are not responsible for their data management or storage policies.

5. Third-Party Services

AI Stylist uses the Uwear API (https://uwear.ai/api) solely to perform AI outfit generation.

We do not integrate any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or user tracking tools.

When a user requests a refund for an in-app purchase, we may share limited, anonymized information with Apple to facilitate and verify the refund process.

This may include:

Time since installation
App usage duration
Anonymous account or transaction identifier
Purchase consumption details
Transaction amount

This information is used only to process refund requests and verify eligibility.
