This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with the Data Protection, Privacy, and Electronic Communications (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and sets out how personal data is processed and protected within this mobile application (hereinafter, the “Application”). • Operator: The individual or entity organizing and/or carrying out the processing of personal data and determining the purposes and means of such processing.

• User: Any individual using the Application and potentially providing personal data.

• Cross-Border Transfer: Transfer of personal data to entities in foreign jurisdictions.

• Destruction of Personal Data: Actions leading to the irreversible elimination of personal data, making further recovery impossible.


3. Rights and Obligations of the Operator

3.1. The Operator has the right to:

• Continue processing personal data without explicit consent if it is legally permissible (e.g., necessary to comply with legal obligations).

• Determine and implement the security measures necessary to protect personal data under applicable regulations.


3.2. The Operator is obliged to:

• Process personal data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Provide personal data subjects (Users) with information regarding their data processing activities upon request.

• Implement legal, organizational, and technical measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing of personal data.

• Respond to inquiries or requests from data subjects in a timely manner.

• Cease processing and destroy or depersonalize personal data if required by law or if data processing purposes have been fulfilled.


4. Rights and Obligations of Personal Data Subjects (Users)

4.1. Users have the right to:

• Be informed about the processing of their personal data, unless restricted by law.

• Request correction, blocking, or deletion of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, or processed unlawfully.

• Compliance with the Data Protection, Privacy, and Electronic Communications (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, and other applicable legislation.

• User consent granted during account creation or Application usage.


7. Conditions for Processing Personal Data

7.1. User Consent: The Operator processes personal data with the User’s consent, except where otherwise permitted by law.

7.2. Legal or Contractual Necessity: Processing may be required to fulfill contractual obligations or comply with legal requirements.

7.3. Legitimate Interests: Processing may occur to protect the Operator’s or third parties’ legitimate interests, provided these do not override the rights of data subjects.

7.4. Publicly Available Data: The Operator may process data already lawfully made public by the User or other authorized entities.


8. Information Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Security

8.1. Information Collected

• Automatically Collected: Device IP address, pages or screens visited within the Application, time spent in the Application, and operating system version.

• User-Provided: Name, contact information, photos, and additional data the User chooses to share (e.g., education, profession, or other relevant details).

8.2. Data Storage and Security Measures

• The Operator employs legal, organizational, and technical measures to safeguard personal data, preventing unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

• Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill processing purposes or as required by law.

8.3. Transfer of Personal Data

• Personal data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or explicitly authorized by the User.

• Aggregated, anonymized data may be shared with third-party service providers to help improve the Application.

8.4. Third Party Access

• The Operator may disclose personal data to trusted providers who assist in operating or improving the Application, ensuring they comply with confidentiality and data protection obligations.

• Such disclosures may be necessary to:

• Comply with legal processes or government requests.

• Protect User safety or investigate fraud.

8.5. Opt-Out Rights

• Users may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. Uninstallation can be done through the standard uninstall procedure on the User’s device or via the relevant application marketplace.


9. Actions Performed with Personal Data

9.1. The Operator may collect, record, systematize, store, update, extract, use, transfer, depersonalize, block, delete, and destroy personal data in both automated and non-automated ways.

9.2. Automated processes may include transmitting information via secure telecommunication networks.


10. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

10.1. If cross-border data transfer is required, the Operator will ensure that the recipient jurisdiction has adequate data protection standards or that appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual obligations) are in place.

10.2. The Operator complies with any applicable notification requirements before carrying out a cross-border transfer.


11. Confidentiality of Personal Data

All individuals who have access to personal data must not disclose or distribute it without the User’s consent, unless legally mandated to do so.


12. Data Retention Policy

The Operator retains User data for as long as the User has the Application installed or actively uses it, and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Operator does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 10. Parents or guardians are encouraged to supervise their children’s use of the Application.
