Approximate distance estimations
Device identifiers broadcast by nearby Bluetooth devices
App usage events related to scanning and signal testing

This data is used only to display nearby Bluetooth devices and signal quality and is not used to identify you personally.

2. Bluetooth and Location Permissions

BLE Finder requires Bluetooth access to scan for nearby devices.

On some platforms, Bluetooth scanning may be associated with location permissions due to system requirements.

We do not track your precise location
We do not store or transmit location data
All scanning results are processed on-device

3. Data Storage

Any saved or favorited devices are stored locally on your device.

We do not upload or synchronize this data to external servers.

4. In-App Purchases

BLE Finder may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases to unlock premium features.

All payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.

When a user requests a refund through Apple’s App Store, Apple may require limited usage-related information to evaluate the request.

In such cases, BLE Finder may provide restricted, non-personal, and anonymized data to Apple strictly for refund assessment purposes. This information may include, for example:

App usage duration
Time elapsed since installation
General feature interaction metrics
An anonymous internal identifier
Purchase and feature usage indicators
Transaction-related metadata

This data cannot be used to identify you and is shared only when necessary to support Apple’s refund verification process. No personal or sensitive information is disclosed.

6. Third-Party Services

BLE Finder does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services.

The only third party involved in transactions is Apple, which operates under its own privacy policy.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information handled by the app. Since most data is processed locally, exposure risks are minimal.

8. Children’s Privacy

BLE Finder is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.
