Some processing occurs outside the EEA. Providers in the USA comply with the EU–U.S. Privacy Shield, ensuring adequate data protection:

5.4 Corporate Changes

During mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring, customer information may be transferred along with company assets. Transfers comply with this Privacy Policy and data protection laws and are justified by our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • SupportBox requests: 120 days
  • Google Analytics: 14 months

Data may be retained longer for legal compliance or claims, in which case it is blocked and not actively used.


8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you are under 13, please refrain from providing personal information.

Parents or guardians may request deletion of a child’s data at support-auther-jss@gmail.com.
