Privacy Policy for Primal Match

Last updated: October 8, 2025

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use the Primal Match application (“App”, “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Terms and Definitions

Company, “we”, “us”, “our” — Primal Match (data controller).

You — the user of the App or a representative of a legal entity using the App.

Account — a unique record that provides access to Service features.

Personal Data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

Device — any device through which you access the Service (phone, tablet, computer).

Usage Data — data collected automatically when the Service is used (e.g., technical logs, diagnostic information).

Service Provider — a natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company (hosting, analytics, etc.).

2. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

Controller: Primal Match

Data requests email: multplaytvstore@gmail.com

3. What Data We Process

3.1. Personal Data You Provide

Contact details (e.g., email) — when you contact us or register an account (if such feature is available).

Other information you voluntarily provide in support requests or surveys.

3.2. Usage Data (collected automatically)

We may automatically receive technical data when you use the Service:

- IP address, device identifiers, device model/OS, browser type and version, language and region settings.

- Diagnostic and operational events (e.g., crashes, performance, “fact of using a specific feature”).

- Timestamps of interactions and general usage statistics.

Important: this data does not include the content of your communications in third-party services, your full browsing history, or passwords.

3.3. Chrome Tabs and Access to Web Pages

Embedded Browser (Chrome Custom Tabs).

When opening links via Chrome Tabs:

- Page viewing occurs within the Chrome environment.

- We do not receive the content of visited pages, cookies, browsing history, entered passwords/forms, etc.

- We may record only aggregated, app-level technical events (e.g., that the embedded browser was opened and closed successfully/with an error) without URLs or page content.

Chrome Extensions (applies only if you enable the corresponding feature in the App).

By default, the App does not collect data about your tabs. If, in the future, a Chrome Extension is available and you explicitly enable it, it may process:

- Tab identifiers and/or URLs, page titles — only to deliver specific features (e.g., malicious link filtering, translations, highlighting).

- Page content — only if strictly required for a feature and, as a rule, locally on the device.

- Requests to our servers — only when functionally necessary (e.g., phishing checks). Such requests are not used for advertising tracking.

You can disable the extension or limit site access at any time in your Chrome settings.

4. Sources of Data

Directly from you (forms, inquiries).

Automatically from your Device when using the Service.

From Service Providers (e.g., crash reporting systems).

5. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We use data to:

- Provide and support the Service (legal basis: performance of a contract or our legitimate interests).

- Communicate with you (responses to inquiries, service notifications) — performance of a contract/legitimate interests.

- Analyze and improve performance and stability — legitimate interests.

- Ensure security (prevent abuse, protect against attacks) — legitimate interests.

- Comply with legal obligations and protect rights — legal obligation/legitimate interests.

- Send marketing communications about similar products/features — legitimate interests; you may opt out at any time.

Where processing requires consent, we will request it separately. You can withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We may share data:

- With Service Providers (hosting, crash analytics, support) under data processing agreements and acting on our instructions.

- With Affiliates within our corporate group subject to this Policy.

- In corporate transactions (merger/asset sale) — with notice and in compliance with applicable law.

- With government authorities — where required by law or a valid request.

- With your consent — where applicable.

Third-party SDKs and services used by the App.

The App may use third-party services that collect data used to identify you or your device. Each of these services has its own privacy policy regarding data processing:

- Google Play Services — Privacy Policy

- Unity (e.g., Unity Ads, Unity Analytics) — Privacy Policy

Facebook SDK and Meta Services

The App integrates the Facebook SDK provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) to enable functionalities such as user authentication, app event tracking, analytics, and advertising (including remarketing and campaign performance measurement).

By using the App, certain information may be automatically collected and transmitted to Facebook/Meta, including:

- device information (such as OS version, device identifiers, IP address);

- app events (such as app launches, interactions, or ad views);

- usage and diagnostic data related to your interaction with the App.

This data helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, understand user engagement, and optimize the App’s performance.

Meta may use this data in accordance with its own privacy practices and for purposes described in the Facebook Data Policy

If you do not want your data to be used for personalized ads by Facebook/Meta, you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook account settings or use the device-level settings to limit ad tracking.

We do not sell your Personal Data.

7. Retention

We keep Personal Data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

Technical logs and diagnostic events — typically for short periods sufficient for analysis and to improve security/stability.

Support records — as needed to respond and maintain support history, and as required by law.

When the purpose is achieved, data are deleted, anonymized, or archived if required by law.

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside your jurisdiction. We ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual commitments with Service Providers) and apply reasonable security measures.

9. Security

We implement organizational and technical measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR in the EU/EEA), you may have the rights to:

access, correct, and delete your data;

restrict or object to processing;

data portability;

withdraw consent;

lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, contact us at multplaytvstore@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you learn that a child has provided us with data, please contact us — we will take steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each website/service you visit.

13. Tracking and Advertising

We do not use information about the websites you visit for cross-site advertising profiling. If such features are introduced in the future, we will request consent in advance and update this Policy.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you by publishing the new version in the Service and/or sending a notice, and will update the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review the Policy periodically.
