Real Estate Assistant allows users to create and store information locally to provide core application features, including:
- Client names and contact information
- Phone numbers
- Real estate property information and photos
- Notes and user-entered content
- Calendar events and reminders
This user-generated data is used solely to provide the functionality of the application.
2. Data Storage and Processing
All property and client data created by the user is stored locally on the user's device.
The developer does not sell or rent users' personal user-generated information to third parties. However, the Application uses third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) to display advertisements, which may collect and process device identifiers for advertising and analytics purposes.
3. Device Permissions
The application may request access to certain device features when required for its functionality:
- Camera — to take property photos.
- Photos/Gallery — to select property photos.
- Phone — to initiate phone calls.
- Calendar and Notifications — to create calendar events and reminders.
Permissions are requested only when necessary and can be managed through device settings.
4. Sharing of Information
The application does not sell users' personal information. If you choose to use sharing features, phone calls, or messaging applications, information will be transferred to the selected application or recipient at your explicit request.

The Application integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device or serve advertisements:

AdMob may collect and process device advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP addresses, location data, and app performance metrics to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
