1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy describes what data the “D city bozi” mobile app (hereinafter referred to as the ‘App’), developed by [Webnext] (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”), collects, uses, and stores.

We take user privacy seriously. The App is designed so that it “does not collect any personal data” from users.

2. Information Collection

The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or other identifying user data, including but not limited to:

- name, email address, phone number;

- geolocation;

- data from the device’s camera or microphone;

- contacts, photos, or files on the device;

- advertising identifiers (Advertising ID);

- app usage data (analytics);

- IP address or other network identifiers.

The app operates “completely offline” and does not make any network requests after installation.

3. Data Usage

The app may store game statistics—such as the number of points scored—locally on the user’s device (only in RAM for the duration of the gaming session). This data:

- is not linked to the user’s identity;

- is not transmitted to the Developer’s server or to third parties;

- is deleted when the app is closed.

4. Device Permissions

The app does not request any special permissions (access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts, files, etc.), except for the standard technical permissions required for the game to run on the Android platform.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

As of the publication of this version, the App does not contain any advertising modules, analytics SDKs, or third-party services (such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Unity Ads, and similar services). If such services are integrated into future versions of the App, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly prior to the release of such a version.

6. User Rights

Since the Application does not collect personal data, the provisions of personal data protection legislation providing rights to access, correct, or delete data do not apply to the use of the Application.

Users have the right to delete the Application from their device at any time. After deletion, all local Application data will be completely removed by the operating system.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended to specifically collect data from children under the age of 13. Since the App does not collect any personal data from any user, this applies equally to users who are children.

8. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy. In the event of substantial changes, the updated version of the Policy will be published along with a new version of the Application. Continued use of the Application after publication of changes constitutes your agreement with the updated Policy.
