Instruction

1. Start: The user accesses the bot by clicking a promotional link or typing @picnicsalicante directly into Telegram.
2. Language Selection: Select your preferred language by pressing the corresponding flag icon.
3. User Name: Enter your name to view and choose available dates for the event.
4. Date and Time: Adjust the event start and end times. You can use the back button to modify times. Press "Yes" to finalize and proceed to the next step, making previous selections inactive.
5. Number of Guests: Select the number of guests attending the event, including yourself.
6. Event Style: Choose the event style from the options provided. These styles can be reviewed in detail before confirming.
7. Preferences and Location: Write your preferences (or exclusions) and mention the city. The exact location can be finalized later by contacting the organizer.
8. Cost Calculation: The total cost is calculated based on the details you've entered (start time, end time, number of guests). Ensure the data is correct before moving on.
9. Order Review: Review all the details in the summary Order (you can return to edit any information). Confirm the booking, and you will be redirected to the secure payment page.
10. Post-Payment: After successful payment, return to the bot and finalize the booking. You will be redirected to the admin bot, where you can view your complete order, contact the organizers, and browse the gallery of past events.

Terms and Booking Conditions

Client Data:

When making a booking, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and other details you voluntarily provide for the event organization.

Deposit:

To confirm the booking, a deposit of at least 20 euros is required. The deposit can be used to reschedule the event to another date if the change or cancellation is made no later than 48 hours before the start of the event.

Booking Changes and Cancellations:

You can change or cancel your booking no later than 48 hours before the event. In case of cancellation with less notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Delivery Cost:

If the event takes place more than 15 km from Alicante, an additional delivery charge of 0.5 euros per kilometer beyond 15 km will apply.

Cost Calculation:

The event cost is calculated based on several parameters: — Minimum cost: 160 euros for 2 people and 2 hours.

— Additional guests: each additional person adds 20 euros to the total.

— Additional time: each additional hour increases the cost by 30 euros (regardless of the number of people).

The cost is calculated in real time based on the data provided by the user (start time, end time, number of people).

Final Payment:

The final amount, adjusted if necessary (e.g., for extending the event), minus the deposit, is payable before the start of the event.
