Usta Top (“App”) is operated by Avazbek Mambetov (“we”, “our”, “us”), a personal Google Play developer account.

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

1. About the App

Usta Top is a native mobile application for service professionals and workshop owners. The App connects to our backend services to provide its features.

Through the App, registered users can:

sign in or register using a phone number and OTP verification;
create and manage a profile;
create and manage workshop profiles (name, category/profession, description, logo, banner, phone, address, and map coordinates);
add and manage services / works and related prices;
browse and manage orders / job requests;
chat with other users, including text, images, and voice messages;
set or update workshop location on a map;
view statistics related to their activity in the App;
receive push notifications;
update profile information or manage account-related settings.

The App may be free to download. Some features inside the App (for example, adding a workshop or paid services) may require payment.

The App is intended for adult users and service / business professionals.

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Information processed through our platform

When you use the App, information you enter or generate may be collected, stored, and processed by our servers and internal systems, including:

phone number and OTP verification data;
account and authentication tokens;
profile information (for example, name and related profile details);
workshop information (name, description, category/profession, phone, address, coordinates, logo/banner URLs);
service / work listings and prices;
order and request details;
chat content (text, image URLs, voice message data);
account management actions (profile updates and related requests).

We use this information to:

authenticate users and provide access to authorized features;
create and manage workshops, services, and related business data;
support order workflows and in-app communication;
send service-related notifications where enabled;
process paid in-app features where applicable;
provide customer support.

2.2 Information collected or stored on your device

The App may store certain information locally on your device, such as:

authentication session data (for example, access tokens);
app preferences (such as language);
a device push token / local identifiers used for app functionality.

2.3 Information collected by the mobile app (device-level)

The native App itself may access or request the following, only when needed for app functionality:

The App does not:

sell your personal information;
use third-party advertising SDKs;
track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Access to the App requires a valid phone number. You may sign in to an existing account or complete registration by verifying your phone number with a one-time password (OTP).

Authentication and account management are handled through our systems.

You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number and verification codes confidential.

If you want to delete your account or related data, contact us using the details in section 10. We will process deletion requests through our backend systems in accordance with our internal policies and applicable law.

4. Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

Location — to display your position on the map and let you set or update workshop location
Camera — to capture photos for uploads
Photo library / gallery — to select images for uploads
Microphone — to record voice messages in chat
Storage / media access (where applicable) — to support image selection and file handling on certain Android versions
Notifications — to deliver push notifications

Permissions are requested at runtime when a feature requires them. You may deny a permission, but some features may not work correctly without it.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with the following third-party services:

Google Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging and related infrastructure) — for push notifications and platform reliability
Yandex Maps / Yandex MapKit — to display maps and location features inside the App
Telegram — when you choose to contact support through our Telegram account
Phone dialer — when you choose to call our support phone number
Standard hosting, networking, and security infrastructure required to operate the platform

When you use an external app or service (for example, Telegram or your phone dialer), that service’s own privacy policy applies to data handled outside our App.

We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs in the App.

6. Data Retention and Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect access to the App and related systems.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention for account and business information is governed by our internal policies and the requirements of operating the Usta Top platform.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adult users and service / business professionals. It is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Choices

You may:

deny or revoke device permissions through your phone’s system settings (some features may stop working);
update your profile or workshop information within the App;
contact us to request account deletion or data-related assistance;
stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if applicable, requesting account deletion.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy and update the “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
