Photos: We collect the photos you upload to the Application for the sole purpose of applying the AI styles you select. These photos are processed by our AI models to generate the stylized images.
Account Information (if applicable): If you create an account, we may collect information such as your email address, username, or other credentials necessary to secure your account.

B. Information We Collect Automatically When you use the Application, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including:

Device Information: We collect your mobile device's model, manufacturer, operating system version, screen resolution, and language settings. This helps us optimize the Application for your device and diagnose technical problems.
Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the Application, such as the features you use, the styles you select, and the duration and frequency of your sessions. This helps us understand what our users enjoy and how to improve the app.
Device Identifiers: We may collect your device's unique identifiers, such as the Push Notification Token, to send you notifications.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To Provide the Core Service: To process your uploaded photos and generate AI-stylized images as you request.
To Improve and Maintain the Application: To analyze usage trends, fix bugs, and develop new features and functionality.
To Communicate With You: To send you push notifications for marketing and promotional purposes, such as announcing new features, styles, or special offers. You can opt out of these at any time.
For Security and Compliance: To protect the security and integrity of our service and to comply with legal obligations.

We value your privacy and do not sell your personal data. We do not share your original or AI-generated photos with any third parties for their own use.

These providers are obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Photo Data: Your uploaded photos and the resulting AI-generated images are stored temporarily on our servers to perform the editing service. They are automatically and permanently deleted from our active servers within a short period after the processing is complete (e.g., within 24 hours). We do not use them for any other purpose, such as training our AI models.

Account Data: We retain your account and device information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services.

Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account at any time through the settings within the Application. Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently and irreversibly delete all personal information associated with your account from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some anonymous usage data may be retained for analytical purposes, but it will not be linked to you in any way.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have control over your personal information and can exercise your rights in the following ways:

Account Deletion: As described above, you can delete your account directly within the Application.
Push Notifications: You can opt out of receiving marketing push notifications by changing the notification settings in your mobile device's operating system.
