TOKEN2049 Tickets

Last updated: 4 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the TOKEN2049 Tickets mobile application (“App”, “we”, “us”) handles information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

TOKEN2049 Tickets is a companion app for conference information: tickets, speakers, partners, exhibit inquiries, and on-device networking. For privacy questions or requests, write to kozlovskijvaderij@gmail.com.

2. What this Policy covers

This Policy applies to the iOS App TOKEN2049 Tickets. It does not cover other apps, services, or pages you may open outside the App.

3. Information we process

We do not require you to create an account. Most information you enter stays on your device unless you choose to share it (for example, by exporting a networking card or contacting us by email).

Information you provide

Profile (display name, about text, optional photo); an email you enter for tickets; networking card details (name, role, email, social handles, notes); contacts you save after scanning or exchanging a card; forms such as speaker application, media accreditation, community partnership, or sponsorship / exhibit inquiry (name, email, organization, job title, country or territory, budget notes, message content, and similar fields).

Photos and camera

With your permission, the App may access the camera (profile photo and networking QR scan) and the photo library (choose a profile photo). This access is optional. If you refuse, related features will not work; the rest of the App remains available. We do not use camera or photos for advertising.

On-device storage

Profile drafts, form drafts, ticket email, and networking data are stored locally. This data stays on your device unless you export it, share it, or send it to us.

Technical information

The App does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Apple and your device may process standard technical data (for example, when you install the App from the App Store). We do not sell personal data.

Messages you send us

If you email kozlovskijvaderij@gmail.com, we process your email address, message content, and any attachments solely to respond and handle your request.

4. How we use information

Only to operate features you choose to use; save drafts and preferences on your device; let you build, store, scan, and export a networking card; let you fill inquiry and application forms; and respond to support and privacy requests. We do not use your data for third-party advertising and do not sell personal information.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only if you choose to share it yourself; with providers needed to operate email or the device platform, solely as required for those functions; if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the App; or in the course of handling email you send us.

6. Links opened from the App

The App may open content in Safari or another browser. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. This Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their handling of data.

7. Retention

On-device data is kept until you delete it, clear App data, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling TOKEN2049 Tickets removes locally stored App data from that device. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate record-keeping, then deleted or reduced where practicable.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information stored in the App. No method of storage is completely secure. You are responsible for access to your device and for what you choose to share with others.

9. Your choices and rights

You may decline camera or photo-library permission in iOS Settings; edit or delete profile, form, ticket-email, and networking data in the App where those controls exist; uninstall the App to remove local data; or email kozlovskijvaderij@gmail.com to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of correspondence we hold. Depending on your country (including the EEA and UK), you may have additional rights and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children

TOKEN2049 Tickets is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the applicable age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact kozlovskijvaderij@gmail.com.

11. International users

If you contact us by email, your message may be processed in the country where we read that mailbox. This may involve processing outside your home country, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
