DataGuard

Updated: 23 July 2026

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the «Policy») governs the procedure for processing and protecting the information that the User transfers when using the DataGuard service (hereinafter — the «Service»).

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the Service, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of the Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms — they must stop using the Service.

1.2. The Service provides technology for protecting transmitted data and ensuring the privacy of the connection.

2. What Data We Process

2.1. The Service may process the following data:

  • the account identifier (for example, the Telegram identifier);
  • technical connection metrics — the start and end time of the session and the total volume of transmitted traffic;
  • subscription status and its expiration date.

2.2. The Service does not keep logs of your activity, does not store the history of visited resources, and does not link technical metrics to specific resources. Technical metrics are anonymized and deleted automatically within 24 hours.

2.3. The Service does not require passport data, documents, photographs, or other personal information beyond the minimum necessary for its operation.

3. How We Use Data

3.1. The data received is used exclusively for:

  • ensuring the operation of the Service;
  • communicating with the User, including for notifications and support;
  • accounting for subscription status and processing payments.

4. Payments

4.1. Payment is processed by a payment provider. The Service does not store bank card details — only the subscription status and its expiration date are retained.

5. Server Infrastructure

5.1. The Service uses only random-access memory on its servers: upon reboot, any temporary data is erased without a trace.

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

6.1. The Service does not sell or transfer the User's data to advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties, except in cases:

  • where this is required by law;
  • where this is necessary to fulfill obligations to the User (for example, when working with payment systems);
  • where the User has themselves given consent to this.

7. Storage and Protection of Data

7.1. Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing. Correspondence with support is stored until the request is closed and is then deleted within 30 days.

7.2. The User may at any time request deletion of the account and all associated data by contacting support. The request is processed within 72 hours.

7.3. The Service takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of information when transmitted over the internet.

8. Changes to the Policy

8.1. The Service has the right to change the terms of the Policy. The current version is published in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are made means agreement with the new version.

9. Language

These documents are provided in several languages for convenience. The Russian-language version is the original and legally binding text; in the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the Russian version, the Russian version prevails. The Service is operated from the Russian Federation and these terms are governed accordingly.
