Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes how the Turbo.tj application (hereinafter "Application," "we") processes user information.

By using the Application, you agree to the conditions of this Policy. If you do not agree with these conditions, please discontinue use of the Application.

2. Information Collection

Turbo.tj is a completely offline application. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal user data on external servers.

The Application works exclusively with local data stored on the user's device, namely:

A database of vehicles in JSON format, supplied with the Application;
Temporary session data (selected brand, model, year), which is stored exclusively in random-access memory and deleted when the Application is closed.

The Application does not request access to the internet, geolocation, contacts, camera, microphone, or other confidential device resources.

3. Data Usage

All calculations (minimum, average, and maximum car prices) are performed exclusively on the user's device based on the local database. No requests are sent to external servers.

We do not use analytical SDKs, advertising libraries, or other tracking tools.

4. Data Transfer to Third Parties

Since the Application does not collect any user data, transfer of information to third parties is technically impossible. We do not sell, rent, or transfer any user data to third parties.

5. Data Security

The vehicle database file (cars.json) is stored in a protected Application directory on the user's device. Access to it is restricted by Android operating system means and is unavailable to other applications (unless superuser rights have been obtained on the device).

6. User Rights

Since the Application does not collect personal data, the provisions of personal data protection legislation providing rights to access, correct, or delete data do not apply to the use of the Application.

Users have the right to delete the Application from their device at any time. After deletion, all local Application data will be completely removed by the operating system.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not specifically designed for children. We do not intentionally collect information from persons under 13 years of age. Since data collection is absent in principle, no special protective measures for minors are applied.

8. Database Updates

When updating the Application, the vehicle database file (cars.json) may be replaced with a new version containing updated price information. This process is carried out using standard application update methods (Google Play Store) and does not affect user personal data.

9. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy. In the event of substantial changes, the updated version of the Policy will be published along with a new version of the Application. Continued use of the Application after publication of changes constitutes your agreement with the updated Policy.
