StakeCore ("the App") is a free, offline, casino-themed entertainment game published by KyaloGames. The App is played entirely on your device with virtual chips that have no real-world monetary value. It does not offer real-money gambling, deposits, withdrawals, purchases, or prizes of any kind.

We take your privacy seriously. In short: the App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you do in the App stays on your device.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal or sensitive user data.

The App does not:

Ask you to create an account or log in.
Request your name, e-mail address, phone number, or contacts.
Access your location, camera, microphone, photos, or files.

To let you keep your progress, the App saves game data locally on your device only, using Android's on-device storage (DataStore). This local data may include:

Your virtual chip balance and game progress (vault level, streaks, achievements).
Cosmetic rewards you have unlocked and your in-app settings (sound and haptics).

This information never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is not accessible to the developer. You can erase it at any time from the App's Settings ("Reset all local progress") or by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in Android system settings.

4. How We Use Information

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, we do not use, process, profile, or sell any personal information. On-device game data is used solely to provide the gameplay experience on your device.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any data to third parties. No third-party services, advertising networks, or analytics providers are integrated into the App.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is a casino-themed game intended for entertainment and uses virtual chips only. It contains no real-money gambling. Because the App collects no personal data from any user, it collects no personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, note that none is collected or stored off-device.
