KyaloGames ("we", "us", or "our") built the StakeStats app (package com.stats.stakekaylo) as a free, offline, entertainment-only casino-style score game. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information. By using StakeStats you agree to the practices described below.

StakeStats does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The app works fully offline. Everything you create in the app stays on your device.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or process any of the following:

- Account or login information — the app has no accounts, registration, or sign-in.

3. Information Stored Locally On Your Device
The app saves your game progress only on your device using Android's local on-device storage. This local data may include:
- Your chosen nickname.
- Virtual chip balance, virtual round history, and saved scorecards.
- Local statistics, streaks, ranks, and cosmetic achievement badges.
- Sound and haptic feedback preferences.
This information never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and it is not sent to us or to any third party. You can erase it at any time from the app's Settings screen (clear history, clear scorecards, reset records, reset chip balance, or reset all progress), or by uninstalling the app.
4. Internet and Network Access
StakeStats is fully offline and does not request the Internet permission. The app makes no network requests, contains no WebView, no external links, and no connections to any server, API, or online service.
5. Virtual Chips Disclaimer
All chips, scores, badges, ranks, jackpots, and rewards in StakeStats are virtual and exist only for entertainment. They have no real-money value and cannot be purchased, deposited, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for anything of value. StakeStats is not a real-money gambling product and offers no real betting, odds, prizes, or payouts.
6. Third-Party Services
The app does not use any third-party services, SDKs, advertising networks, analytics providers, or cloud services. Because no data is collected or shared, no third parties receive information through StakeStats.
7. Children's Privacy
StakeStats does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app is entirely offline and collects no data, it does not knowingly gather information from users of any age.
