What Information Do We Collect?

You can use the app without creating an account and without providing your email address. When you first launch the app, an anonymous identifier is created to sync your data. We collect:

• Blood pressure readings you enter manually (systolic, diastolic, pulse, notes, and the date and time of the measurement).
• Location data (approximate, while using the app) — collected only after a clear explanation and with your explicit consent. It is used solely to fetch local weather and atmospheric pressure for your area.
• Anonymous usage analytics (which screens are opened, which buttons are tapped) to help us improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Purchase information — subscriptions and purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.

What Do We Use Your Information For?

The information we collect is used only to:

• Store your blood pressure history and sync it across your devices.
• Show local weather and atmospheric pressure and correlate them with your readings.
• Improve the app based on anonymous usage statistics.

Usage of Location Data

The app requests access to your location only to determine local weather conditions and atmospheric pressure. Location access is optional: you can decline it and continue using the app. We do not track your movements and do not build a location history beyond what is needed to fetch weather data.

Health Data

Your blood pressure readings are health-related data. They are stored under an anonymous identifier, are never sold, and are never used for advertising. The app is a diary and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) under an anonymous account and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to the data is restricted so that only your device can read your records.

Do We Use Cookies?

We do not use cookies.

Do We Disclose Any Information to Outside Parties?

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. The app relies on the following service providers, each acting under its own privacy policy and strict confidentiality terms:

• Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Analytics) — data storage, anonymous sign-in, and anonymous usage statistics.
• Apple (WeatherKit, App Store / StoreKit) — weather data and purchase processing.

We may disclose information when required to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your readings are stored for as long as you use the app. Deleting a reading in the app removes it from our storage. If you want all of your data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will erase it.

Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to third-party resources (for example, a feedback form). These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies, and we bear no responsibility for their content and activities.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date shown above.
