We do not collect any personal information. The App:

• does not require registration or an account;

• does not access your location, contacts, photos, health data, or microphone;
• does not contain analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.

Game Data

All game progress (caught fish, coins, upgrades, daily goals, and settings) is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your Apple Watch and is not transmitted to us or to any third party. Deleting the App permanently deletes this data.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (PRO features) processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). We do not receive or store your payment information, billing details, or Apple ID. Purchases are governed by Apple's own privacy policy, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Cookies

We do not use cookies.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or external servers. The only external interaction is with Apple's App Store for processing in-app purchases, as described above.

The App does not collect any data from anyone, including children. It is safe to use at any age.

Security

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk. Game progress is protected by your device's built-in security.
