KyaloGames ("we", "us", or "our") developed the OlimpStats app as a complimentary gaming application. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app processes, how it is used, and the options available to you. We have prepared this document to faithfully describe the app's current functionality.

By downloading and using OlimpStats, you agree to the data handling practices outlined in this policy.

2. At a Glance

• No account creation or login is necessary to enjoy the app.
• We do not collect, sell, or disclose your personal information for advertising or any other purposes.
• The app contains no advertising or analytics frameworks.
• Your custom settings—such as your chosen nickname, profile picture, preferences, and gameplay statistics—are stored exclusively on your device and are never uploaded to us.
• The only data transmitted from your device consists of anonymous crash reports sent to Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) to assist us in identifying and resolving technical problems.

3. Data Stored Only on Your Device

OlimpStats lets you personalize your gaming experience. The following items are saved locally on your device using Android's native storage systems (Jetpack DataStore and app-specific directories) and never leave your device:

• Player alias – the name you choose to represent yourself within the game.
• Profile image – a picture you may optionally select from your device gallery (via the Android Photo Picker) or take with your camera to customize your in-game identity.
• App preferences – your selected settings, including sound levels and notification choices.
• Statistical records – your scores, milestones, achievements, and other tracking data that reflect your in-game performance and progress.

Because this information remains solely on your device, we have no ability to view or access it. Uninstalling the app completely removes this data, and you can also clear it manually through the app's interface or your device's storage settings.

4. Diagnostic Information We Receive (Crash Reporting)

To ensure the app runs reliably, we use Firebase Crashlytics, a crash-analysis tool provided by Google. Whenever the app unexpectedly stops or encounters serious errors, Crashlytics automatically collects diagnostic information, which may include:

• Error logs and execution traces
• Technical specifications of your device (such as model, brand, and operating system version)
• App version and operational context at the time of the incident
• A unique, randomly generated installation identifier assigned by Crashlytics

This data is used exclusively to diagnose faults and improve the app's stability. It is not used to personally identify you or for any promotional activities. All Crashlytics data is transmitted via secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

5. Game Content and Functionality

OlimpStats provides interactive entertainment, including various challenges and game modes. When the app checks for updates or loads new content, it may transmit basic, non-identifiable request information. No personal user data is sent to any third-party services.

The app does not share your statistics, scores, or preference settings with any external servers or platforms.

6. Permissions Used by the App

• Internet access – required to verify game updates, retrieve new content, and transmit diagnostic reports.
• Camera – used exclusively when you voluntarily choose to take a photo for your profile; the image is saved locally. The camera is never accessed without your explicit action or in the background.
• When selecting a photo from your gallery, OlimpStats uses the Android Photo Picker, which does not require any storage permission and only accesses the specific image you select.

7. Information We Explicitly Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Your real name, email address, phone number, or precise geographic location
• Device advertising identifiers
• Behavioral analytics or usage tracking
• Comprehensive gameplay logs or performance histories
• We do not sell, trade, or rent any user data to outside parties

8. Data Retention and Removal

• Locally stored game data (nickname, profile image, settings, and statistical records) stays on your device until you choose to delete it or uninstall the application.
• Diagnostic information collected through Firebase Crashlytics is retained by Google in accordance with their policies (Crashlytics automatically removes crash reports after 90 days).
• Should you wish to request deletion of diagnostic data associated with your device, please email us at omarihkelvin@gmail.com. Because this data is anonymous, please provide any relevant details that could help us identify the appropriate records.

9. Children's Privacy

OlimpStats is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly gather personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided information that requires our attention, please contact us without delay.

10. Security Measures

We depend on Android's inherent app sandboxing to safeguard data stored on your device and on encrypted (HTTPS) connections for any information transmitted from the app. While no system is entirely immune to risks, we implement reasonable precautions to protect your information.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
