• You are not required to register or log in to use the app.

• The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
• Your personalized settings—such as chosen nickname, profile image, preferences, and game statistics—reside exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to us.
• The only information that leaves your device consists of anonymous crash diagnostics sent to Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) to help us detect and fix technical issues.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

OlimpArena enables you to customize your gaming journey. The following information is stored on your device using Android's native storage systems (Jetpack DataStore and app-private directories) and never leaves your device:

• Gamer tag – the alias you select to identify yourself within the game.
• Profile picture – an image you may choose from your device gallery (via the Android Photo Picker) or capture with your camera to personalize your in-game identity.
• User preferences – your customized settings, including volume levels and notification options.
• Game records – your scores, unlocked achievements, and other progress markers that reflect your in-game performance.

Because this data stays solely on your device, we cannot access or view it. Uninstalling the application erases all this information, and you can also delete it at any time through the app's settings or your device's storage management.

4. Diagnostic Information We Collect (Crash Reports)

To maintain app stability, we utilize Firebase Crashlytics, a crash-reporting solution from Google. When the app crashes or encounters critical errors, Crashlytics automatically gathers diagnostic data, which may include:

• Crash reports and error stack traces
• Device specifications (such as make, model, and operating system version)
• App version and state at the moment of failure
• A random, Crashlytics-generated installation identifier

This information serves exclusively to troubleshoot problems and enhance the app's performance. It is not used to identify you personally or for any advertising activities. Crashlytics data is transmitted over secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

5. Gameplay Content and Features

OlimpArena offers engaging entertainment, including various game modes and interactive elements. When the app checks for updates or loads new content, it may send minimal, non-personal request information. No personal user data is forwarded to any external services.

The app does not share your progress, scores, or configuration choices with any outside servers or platforms.

6. Permissions Requested by the App

• Internet access – required to check for updates, retrieve new game content, and transmit diagnostic reports.
• Camera – used only when you voluntarily choose to take a photo for your profile; the captured image is stored locally. The camera is never accessed without your explicit action or in the background.
• When selecting an existing image from your gallery, OlimpArena uses the Android Photo Picker, which does not require storage permission and only accesses the specific image you select.

7. Data We Do Not Gather

We explicitly do not collect:

• Your real name, email address, phone number, or physical location
• Device advertising identifiers
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• Detailed gameplay histories or performance statistics
• We do not sell, rent, or disclose any user information to third parties

8. Data Retention and Deletion

• Locally stored game data (nickname, profile image, settings, and progress) remains on your device until you manually remove it or uninstall the application.
• Diagnostic information collected by Firebase Crashlytics is retained by Google in accordance with their policies (Crashlytics automatically deletes crash reports after 90 days).
• If you wish to request deletion of diagnostic data linked to your device, please contact us at omarihkelvin@gmail.com. Since this data is anonymous, kindly include any relevant information that could help us locate the specific reports.

9. Children's Privacy

OlimpArena is not designed for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided information that needs attention, please get in touch with us immediately.

10. Security Practices

We rely on Android's built-in app sandboxing to protect data stored on your device and encrypted (HTTPS) connections for any data transmitted from the app. While no security system is completely infallible, we take reasonable precautions to safeguard your information.
