• The sole data transmitted from your device consists of anonymous error reports sent to Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) to help us identify and resolve technical issues.

3. Data Kept Locally on Your Device

OlimpGoal allows you to tailor your gaming experience. The following items are stored locally on your device using Android's built-in storage mechanisms (Jetpack DataStore and app-specific files) and never leave your device:

• Player alias – the nickname you choose to represent yourself in the game.
• Profile image – a picture you may optionally select from your device gallery (via the Android Photo Picker) or take with your camera to personalize your profile.
• App preferences – your selected settings, including audio levels and notification choices.
• Game history – your scores, earned badges, and other records tracking your in-game accomplishments.

Since this information stays solely on your device, we have no access to it. Removing the app deletes this data, and you can also clear it manually through the app's options or your device's storage settings.

4. Diagnostic Data We Receive (Crash Reporting)

To ensure the app runs smoothly, we employ Firebase Crashlytics, a crash-analysis tool provided by Google. Whenever the app unexpectedly stops or encounters a significant error, Crashlytics gathers diagnostic details, which may include:

• Error logs and execution traces
• Technical specifications of your device (such as model and OS version)
• App edition and operational context at the time of the issue
• A unique, randomly generated installation identifier assigned by Crashlytics

This information is used exclusively to diagnose faults and enhance the app's dependability. It does not serve to personally recognize you, nor is it employed for marketing. All Crashlytics data is sent via secure (HTTPS) channels.

5. Game Content and Functionality

OlimpGoal delivers interactive entertainment, including various challenges and interactive elements. When the app refreshes or retrieves new content, it may transmit fundamental, non-identifiable request information. No personal data is forwarded to outside services.

The app does not share your performance metrics, scores, or configuration choices with any external servers.

6. Device Permissions Used

• Internet connectivity – needed to verify game updates, fetch fresh content, and transmit diagnostic reports.
• Camera – used exclusively when you choose to take a photo for your profile; the image is saved locally. The camera is never accessed in the background or without your direct action.
• When picking an existing photo from your gallery, the Android Photo Picker is used—this requires no storage permission and only accesses the specific image you select.

We refrain from collecting:

• Your real name, email address, telephone number, or geographic position
• Device advertising identifiers
• Behavioral analytics or usage tracking
• Comprehensive gameplay logs or performance records
• We do not trade or lease any user data to outside parties

8. Data Retention and Removal

• Locally stored game data (nickname, avatar, settings, progression) stays on your device until you choose to delete it or uninstall the application.
• Diagnostic data collected through Firebase Crashlytics is held by Google according to their retention practices (Crashlytics automatically purges crash reports after 90 days).
