Simple Invoice & Estimate is developed by Roshdev. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use it to create invoices, estimates, receipts, payments, clients, items, business profiles, PDFs, and local backups.

Summary

Simple Invoice & Estimate is designed as an offline-first mobile app. The app does not require an account, login, backend server, cloud sync, payment gateway, or customer portal.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not track you across apps or websites.

Information You Enter in the App

The app may store information that you choose to enter, including:

- Business profile information, such as business name, address, phone number, email address, tax or VAT number, payment instructions, and business logo.

- Client information, such as client name, email address, phone number, address, and client code.

- Item or service information, such as item name, description, rate, tax rate, currency, and unit details.

- Invoice and estimate information, such as document numbers, dates, due dates, line items, taxes, discounts, notes, totals, and payment status.

- Payment and receipt information, such as payment amount, payment date, payment note, receipt number, and related invoice number.

- App settings, such as language, currency, numbering settings, and backup settings.

Local Storage

Your app data is stored locally on your device. The app does not upload your invoices, estimates, clients, items, payments, receipts, or business profile to our server.

If you delete the app or erase your device data, your local data may be deleted unless you have created and saved a backup file.

PDFs, Sharing, Printing, and Exporting

The app can generate PDF files for invoices, estimates, and receipts. These PDFs may contain the business, client, document, item, payment, and receipt information you entered.

PDFs are shared, printed, or exported only when you choose to use the share, print, save, or export features. Once you share a PDF with another app, service, or recipient, that third party may handle the file according to its own privacy policy.

Backups and Restore

The app may let you export a local backup file. Backup files may include your local app data, including business profile, clients, items, invoices, estimates, payments, receipts, settings, numbering counters, and logo files.

You are responsible for where you save, store, or share backup files. Restore is intended to replace the current local data with the data in the backup file.

Photos and Files

The app may request access to your photo library or file picker only when you choose to select a business logo or import/export local files. Photo library access is used to choose your business logo for invoices and receipts.

The app does not scan your photo library. The app only uses the file or image that you select.

Internet, Analytics, and Tracking

Simple Invoice & Estimate Maker does not require internet access for its core invoice, estimate, payment, receipt, PDF, and local data features.

The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or analytics SDKs for tracking users across apps or websites.

Payments

The app lets you record payments manually for tracking purposes. The app does not process payments, charge clients, connect to banks, connect to payment gateways, or collect payment card information.

Data Collection by Us

We do not operate a backend service for this app and do not collect your invoice, estimate, client, payment, receipt, item, business profile, or backup data from the app.

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, screenshots, or diagnostic details. We use support information only to respond to your request and improve the app.

Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for freelancers, contractors, and small business owners. It is not directed to children.

Security

We design the app to keep your core business data local on your device. However, no storage method is completely secure. You should protect your device with a passcode or biometric lock and keep backup files in a safe location.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
