QuizlyMarket ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by CoreLabs. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the QuizlyMarket application ("App"), available on iOS, Android, Web, and as a Telegram Mini App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.
Authentication Data: Depending on your login method, we receive limited profile information from Google, Apple, or Telegram (such as your user ID and display name). We do not store your passwords from these services.
User-Generated Content: Tests and quizzes you upload, including questions, answers, and associated metadata.
Support Inquiries: Any information you provide when contacting us for support.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
Usage Data: Features you interact with, tests you take, scores, time spent in the App, and general usage patterns.
Crash and Performance Data: Diagnostic information collected through Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix issues.
Push Notification Tokens: If you enable notifications, we collect your device token through Firebase Cloud Messaging.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect precise geolocation data.
We do not engage in cross-app tracking or share your data with advertisers.
We do not collect biometric data.
We do not collect financial, credit card, or payment information as all services in the App are completely free.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and services.
Send you push notifications about test updates or account activity (with your consent).
Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience.
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We use third-party services to operate the App, including Firebase (Google) for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and cloud messaging. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure).
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Delete your account and associated data by contacting us or through the App settings.
Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time through your device settings.
Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is rated for ages 4+ and is designed for educational purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Firebase (Google): Authentication, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, Analytics.
Google Sign-In: Authentication.
Apple Sign In: Authentication.
Telegram: Authentication and Mini App integration.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
