This Privacy Policy is part of the User Agreement. By using the Resource, the User consents to the collection and use of his/her personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Terms and Definitions

1. Administration - BUZZWORTHY VIBE COMPANY, LTD.
2. User - any natural person who has access to the content posted on the Resource.
3. Registered User - a user who has obtained an account on the Resource. Registration on the Resource is voluntary.
4. Author - a registered user who posts author's content.
5. Resource - a mobile application available on Google Play at:

6. It is irrelevant to this agreement whether this term is used in the singular or plural.
7. Content - musical works, literary works, audiovisual works, phonograms, images, texts, hypertext links, fragments thereof, information, other objects placed on the Resource. Includes author's content.

For all questions related to this Privacy Policy, the User has the right to contact the administration at the e-mail address: chatfiction.team@gmail.com.

Administration takes all reasonable precautions to safeguard personal data of Users; access to personal data of Users is restricted to prevent unauthorized access, modification or misuse, and is allowed only for full-time employees of the Administration and contractors.

The Administration collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for:

1. providing services to Users and Authors;
2. identification and interaction;
3. sending notifications or other informational materials and requests;
4. conducting statistical research;
5. processing payments;
6. fraud prevention;
7. improving the operation of the Resource.

Personal data includes information that allows to identify the User: name, nickname, photo (or nickname image), e-mail address and phone number, but may also include other information such as IP-address, other.

The sources of personal data are:

1. Data that Users provide on their own, including: e-mail address, user name, age, date of birth, gender, any other personal data that the User voluntarily provides when registering.

The Administration uses cookies to improve the operation of the Resource by storing user preferences and tracking trends in actions. The user can completely disable the use of cookies or customize the display of notifications of their sending. However, without cookies, some features of the Resource may not work properly.

Users may also:

1. Limit or opt out of receiving future mailings or communications;
2. correct, update or delete personal data;
3. report unauthorized use of personal data.

Disclaimer statement and updates in our Privacy Policy

1. Our Privacy policy does not cover the transfer of personal data when accessing third-party websites or apps including the websites or apps of our partners even if they contain links to the App. The App Developer disclaims all liability for the actions of third-party websites or apps. Collection and transfer of personal data when accessing the abovementioned websites and apps are covered by related documents provided by corresponding companies.
2. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. The revised Privacy Policy will be posted in the App and shall take effect from the date of such posting. You are advised to review these terms and conditions periodically as they are binding upon you.

Consent to the processing of personal data

Upon acceptance of the Public Offer, Users give their full consent to the processing of their personal data, namely: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data provided by you in the process of using the Resource, including, but not limited to, surname, first name and patronymic, gender, age, contact phone numbers or e-mail addresses or other means of electronic communication, in cases of purchase of personal data.
