"Hydra" app (water & caffeine tracker)

This Privacy Policy explains how the "Hydra" app (the "App") handles information. By using the App, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Data you enter in the App

Your drink intake data (water, coffee, tea, energy drinks), energy entries, goals and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to the developer or any third party. We have no access to this data. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.

2. Data collected automatically (ads & analytics)

The App displays ads and uses Yandex Mobile Ads and the AppMetrica analytics service, provided by Yandex. These services may automatically collect:

• device identifiers (including the advertising ID);
• technical device data (model, OS version, language, carrier);
• in-app activity and ad interaction data;
• diagnostic and crash information.

This data is processed to serve ads, measure their performance, analyze usage and improve App stability. Collection and processing are governed by Yandex's privacy policy: yandex.com/legal/confidential.

3. Permissions

The App requests notification permission (for water reminders) and internet access (to load ads). Notifications can be disabled in the App or system settings.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share the data you enter. Automatically collected data (section 2) is processed by Yandex advertising and analytics services as an independent processor.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

6. Your rights

You can delete local data at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your Android device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at this link with its effective date.
