This Privacy Policy explains how Xavfsiz Tarmoq MCHJ collects, uses,

shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Ustozation

mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to this

Policy.

1. WHO WE ARE

Ustozation is an educational application for learning English. The

App is operated by Xavfsiz Tarmoq MCHJ, a company registered in the

Republic of Uzbekistan. For any privacy-related question, contact us

2. DATA WE COLLECT

────────────────────────────────

a) Account and profile data:

  - Name and display name

  - Phone number

  - Email address (when you sign in with Google or Apple)

  - Telegram identifier (when you sign in with Telegram)

  - User ID

  - Date of birth (used to verify your age for the community)

  - Gender (optional)

  - Profile photo / avatar (optional)

  - Preferred language and learning goals

b) Content you create:

  - Community posts, comments, and images you upload

  - Homework answers, battle results, teacher reviews, and feedback

c) Device and technical data:

  - Device model, operating system, app version, language/region

  - Device push notification token

  - Diagnostic data, including crash reports and performance metrics

  - Usage data, such as screens opened and lessons completed

We do NOT collect precise location, contacts, calendar, or microphone

data. The camera and photo library are accessed only with your

permission, and only to set a profile photo or upload images to the

community.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your data to:

  - Provide and operate the App (app functionality)

  - Create and manage your account and authenticate you

  - Enable community, lessons, homework, and battles

  - Verify your age to restrict the community to adults (18+)

  - Send you push notifications about your account and the App

  - Analyze usage and diagnose crashes to improve the App

  - Protect security, prevent fraud, and comply with the law

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use trusted third-party services that process data on our behalf:

  - Google Firebase — Crashlytics (crash reporting), Analytics

   (usage analytics), Cloud Messaging (push notifications), and

   Remote Config.

  - Authentication providers — Google, Apple, and Telegram, used

   only to sign you in. We exchange the minimum data needed to

   authenticate you.

These providers process data under their own terms and act as our

service providers.

5. HOW WE SHARE DATA

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share data only:

  - With service providers (such as those listed above) that process

   data on our behalf;

  - With authentication providers to sign you in;

  - Where required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or

   security of our users and services;

  - In connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger), subject to

   this Policy.

6. DATA RETENTION

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and

for a reasonable period afterwards. When you request deletion, we

remove your data as described in Section 8. Some records may be

retained where required by applicable law, after which they are

permanently deleted.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the

processing of your data, request portability, and withdraw consent.

You can also delete parts of your data without deleting your account

(for example, remove your avatar, clear your date of birth, or delete

your posts and comments).

8. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

To delete your account and associated data:

  - In the App: go to Profile → Edit profile → Delete account, then

   confirm; or

  - By email: write to ustozation.app@gmail.com with the subject

   "Account deletion request", including the phone number or

   username linked to your account for verification.

Upon a verified request we delete your personal data, including your

name, phone number, email, date of birth, gender, avatar, community

posts and comments, in-app activity, and device identifiers. Certain

records may be retained where required by law (see Section 6).

Deletion requests are reviewed and completed within 5 business days of

verification.

9. CHILDREN AND AGE

The App's educational content is available to learners of different

ages, but the community (user-generated content) is restricted to

users aged 18 and over. We use your date of birth to enforce this

restriction.

10. SECURITY

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in

transit (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational

measures to protect your data.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be

reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
