Service Point (“App”) is operated by HAMROH DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS, MChJ (“we”, “our”, “us”).

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

1. About the App

Service Point is a WebView-based mobile application that provides authorized users access to the Shepm service point management platform at https://app-services.shepm.uz.

Through the App, users can manage and monitor service points such as oil change stations, tire/vulcanization services, and related retail locations. Features include viewing service points on a map, updating location information, uploading images, and other administrative tasks available within the web platform.

The App does not offer public self-registration. User accounts are created and managed by a system administrator.

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Information processed through the web platform

Because the App loads our web application, information you enter or generate while using the App — such as login credentials, account details, service point data, location coordinates, photos, and operational records — may be collected, stored, and processed by our servers and internal systems at app-services.shepm.uz.

We use this information to:

• authenticate users and provide access to authorized features;
• manage service point locations and related business data;
• support monitoring and operational workflows described on the platform.

2.2 Information collected by the mobile app (device-level)

The native App itself may access or request the following, only when needed for app functionality:

3. Login and Account Access

Access to the App requires credentials provided by an administrator. Authentication and account management are handled through our internal systems at https://app-services.shepm.uz.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

• Location — to support service point identification, geolocation within the web platform, and opening directions in external map applications
• Camera — to capture photos for uploads within the platform
• Photo library / gallery — to select images for uploads
• Storage / media access (where applicable) — to support image selection and file handling on certain Android versions

Permissions are requested at runtime when a feature requires them. You may deny a permission, but some features may not work correctly without it.

The App does not request access to contacts, microphone, or SMS unless explicitly added in a future version and reflected in an updated policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with the following third-party services:

• Map applications (such as Google Maps, Yandex Maps, or 2GIS) — when you choose to open a location in an external map app
• Standard hosting, networking, and security infrastructure required to operate the platform

When you use an external map app, that service’s own privacy policy applies to data handled outside our App.

We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs in the App.

6. Data Retention and Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect access to the App and related systems.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention for account and business information is governed by our internal policies and the requirements of the Shepm platform.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for authorized business and administrative users. It is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Choices

You may:

• deny or revoke device permissions through your phone’s system settings (some features may stop working);
• contact us regarding account access or data-related questions;
• stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
