GlucoLive — Privacy Policy

1. OVERVIEW

GlucoLive is developed by Fabricio Pereira. This policy explains what data we handle, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

The App collects only what is necessary to function:

• LibreLinkUp, Dexcom, or Nightscout credentials — stored exclusively on your device via iOS Keychain. Never sent to GlucoLive servers.

• Glucose readings — fetched directly from third-party services and stored only on your device. Never sent to GlucoLive servers.

• App preferences (units, alert limits, themes) — stored locally via UserDefaults.

3. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

• We do not collect your name, address, or location.

• We do not store any data on our own servers.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

4. APPLE HEALTH (HEALTHKIT)

With your explicit permission, GlucoLive may read glucose data from Apple Health and sync glucose history to Apple Health. This data is used solely to display your glucose history within the app. GlucoLive does not share HealthKit data with third parties, does not use HealthKit data for advertising, and does not use HealthKit data for any purpose other than providing the app's core functionality.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

GlucoLive Pro subscriptions are processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store (StoreKit). GlucoLive does not store, access, or process any payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in Apple ID Account Settings.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App connects to the following services at the user's request:

• Abbott LibreView / LibreLinkUp (libreview.io)

• Dexcom Share API

• Nightscout (user-configured server)

GlucoLive is not affiliated with Abbott, Dexcom, or Nightscout. Each service has its own privacy policy.

7. DATA SECURITY

All credentials are stored using iOS Keychain. Glucose data is stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted to GlucoLive servers at any time.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

GlucoLive is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

You may delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App. To delete your account data from LibreLinkUp, Dexcom, or Nightscout, contact those services directly.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
