Phone number may be required to create and access your account.

With your permission, the App may access and display fitness and activity-related data from Google Fit and/or Health Connect, including:

• Calories burned
• Exercise and workout information
• Walking, running, and cycling activity data

This information is used solely to provide fitness tracking and activity-related features inside the App.

DeepenWell does not sell health or fitness data to third parties.

Health and fitness data accessed through Google Fit or Health Connect is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, health and fitness data retrieved from Google Fit or Health Connect is processed locally on your device and is not stored on DeepenWell servers.

c. Location Information

With your permission, we may collect precise or approximate location information, including background location data, to provide features such as:

• Activity tracking for walking, running, and cycling
• Displaying your route and movement on maps
• Showing nearby gyms and fitness locations
• Supporting map-based features and challenges

Location access may continue while activity tracking is active, including when the App is running in the background.

You may disable location permissions at any time through your device settings, although certain features may not function properly.

d. Usage and Device Information

We may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• IP address
• Crash reports and diagnostics
• Feature usage statistics
• Session and performance data

This information helps us improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.

e. Payment Information

Payments made within the App may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. DeepenWell does not store complete payment card information on its servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain App functionality
• Enable activity and fitness tracking features
• Display maps, gyms, and activity routes

3. Health Data Usage Restrictions

Health and fitness data accessed through Google Fit and Health Connect is used exclusively for providing user-facing fitness and wellness features within the App.

We do not use health data for:

• Credit or lending decisions
• Sale to third parties
• Data brokerage
• Unauthorized profiling

Health data is handled in accordance with applicable Google Play policies and Health Connect policies.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the App, including:

• Firebase (analytics, notifications, crash reporting)
• Sentry (error monitoring and diagnostics)
• Yandex AppMetrica (analytics and performance monitoring)
• Google Maps Platform (maps and location features)
• Google Fit / Health Connect integrations
• Stripe (payment processing)

These providers may process data only as necessary to provide their services to us.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information and activity history for as long as your account remains active.

Health and fitness data synchronized from Google Fit or Health Connect is generally processed temporarily and is not permanently stored on DeepenWell servers unless explicitly required for App functionality.

If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

Upon verified request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is legally required.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
