By using Invoice Docs Maker, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information You Provide in the App
Invoice Docs Maker is designed to help users create, manage, export, print, and share invoices, estimates, receipts, and related business documents.
Depending on how you use the App, you may enter information such as:
- Your name, business name, address, email address, phone number, tax information, payment information, and other business details;
- Customer or client information, such as names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing details;
- Invoice, estimate, receipt, product, service, pricing, tax, payment, and document information;
- PDF files, images, attachments, notes, and other content that you choose to create, store, or export through the App.
This information is used to provide the App’s core functionality, including creating, editing, saving, exporting, sharing, printing, and managing documents.
2. Local Storage of Documents
Invoice Docs Maker primarily stores the documents and business information you create within the App on your device.
We do not sell your documents, invoice data, client data, or business information.
We do not use the content of your invoices, estimates, receipts, documents, or client records for advertising or tracking purposes.
3. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Adapty
Invoice Docs Maker may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
To manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, purchase validation, subscription status, access to paid features, paywalls, and purchase analytics, the App uses Adapty, a third-party service provided by Adapty Tech Inc.
Adapty may process information related to your purchases and subscription activity, such as:
- Purchase history;
- Product identifiers;
- Transaction status;
- Subscription status;
- Subscription start, renewal, cancellation, expiration, refund, or trial information;
- App Store receipt or transaction-related data;
- Technical information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, and similar technical data;
- Device or app identifiers, such as IDFV and, where applicable, IDFA;
- An internal Adapty user profile identifier;
- Customer User ID, if the App provides such an identifier to Adapty.
We use this information to:
- Validate purchases and subscriptions;
- Provide access to paid features;
- Restore purchases;
- Prevent fraud and payment abuse;
- Display and manage paywalls;
- Analyze purchase and subscription performance;
- Improve pricing, subscription offers, and user experience;
- Understand revenue, conversion, churn, and subscription-related metrics.
Adapty processes this information on our behalf as a service provider/data processor. We do not use Adapty to access or analyze the content of your invoices, documents, customer records, or business files.
4. Information We Collect Through Support Requests
If you contact us for support, we may receive your name, email address, message content, screenshots, files, or any other information you choose to provide.
We use this information only to:
- Respond to your request;
- Provide customer support;
- Troubleshoot issues;
- Improve the App;
- Maintain necessary business records.
Please do not send confidential invoice, tax, payment, or client information unless it is necessary for your support request.
5. Cloud, Backup, Export, and Sharing
If you choose to export, share, print, email, save, or back up documents using third-party services, such as iCloud, email providers, cloud storage providers, messaging apps, printing services, or file management services, your information may be processed by those third parties according to their own privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that you choose to use outside the App.
6. Analytics and Diagnostics
The App may receive limited diagnostic or crash-related information through Apple or platform services, depending on your device settings.
This information may include technical details such as:
- Device type;
- Operating system version;
- App version;
- Crash logs;
- Performance data;
- Diagnostic information.
We use this information to identify bugs, improve stability, maintain the App, and enhance performance.
Adapty may also provide purchase and subscription analytics, such as purchase events, subscription status, revenue metrics, paywall performance, and related aggregated or user-level subscription information.
7. Tracking and Advertising
Invoice Docs Maker does not use the content of your invoices, estimates, receipts, documents, customer records, or business information for tracking or targeted advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell your business documents or client data.
We do not share your invoice content with data brokers.
If the App uses advertising, attribution, marketing integrations, or third-party analytics tools in the future, this Privacy Policy and the App Store Connect privacy information will be updated accordingly.
8. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide the App’s core functionality;
- To create, edit, store, export, print, and share documents;
- To process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions;
- To manage access to paid features;
- To restore purchases;
- To provide customer support;
- To troubleshoot technical issues;
- To improve App performance, reliability, and user experience;
- To analyze purchase and subscription performance;
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
9. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on your location, we may process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract, when processing is necessary to provide the App and paid features;
- Legitimate interests, such as maintaining, improving, securing, and troubleshooting the App;

- Compliance with legal obligations.
10. Data Retention
Information stored locally in the App remains on your device unless you delete it, remove the App, or export it to another service.
Purchase and subscription-related information processed through Apple and Adapty may be retained as necessary to provide paid features, validate purchases, prevent fraud, maintain subscription records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Support-related communications may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information associated with the App.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple account, backups, exported documents, and shared files secure.
12. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access your personal information;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of personal information;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent;
- Request a copy of certain personal information.
You can delete documents and data stored in the App directly from your device. You may also delete the App to remove locally stored App data, subject to your device settings and any backups you may have created.

13. Children’s Privacy
Invoice Docs Maker is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your country or region.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
14. International Users
If you use the App from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in the country where you are located and, in limited cases such as support requests or subscription management, in other countries where our service providers operate.
By using the App, contacting us, or using paid features, you understand that your information may be processed according to this Privacy Policy.
15. Third-Party Services
The App may use or interact with third-party services, including:
- Apple App Store, for in-app purchases and subscriptions;
- Adapty, for subscription management, purchase validation, paywalls, and subscription analytics;
- Cloud storage, email, printing, file management, or messaging services, if you choose to export or share documents through them.
These third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the App after any changes means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
