This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is an agreement between you ("user", "you") and Daniel Jones ("I", "me", "the Developer"). This Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected within our mobile application (the "App"), which is provided as a freemium service.

Because our App is designed for users aged 9 and older, we are committed to ensuring a high level of privacy and safety for all users, especially children.

1. User data processing

1.1 Data Collection & Face Data The Application accesses the device's camera or user-selected photos strictly to process images in real-time (e.g., photo analysis or image processing). The Application DOES NOT collect, extract, harvest, or store any Face Data, facial recognition markers, facial geometry, or facial measurements.

1.2 Use of Face Data Any Face Data or photo content detected during processing is used exclusively on-the-fly to perform the requested feature in real-time. Face Data is never used for user identification, tracking, profiling, advertising, or marketing purposes.

1.3 Face Data Sharing and Disclosure We DO NOT share, sell, transfer, rent, or disclose Face Data or image processing data to any third parties.

1.4 Face Data Retention, Storage, and Deletion

• Retention: We do not retain any Face Data or uploaded photos. All image data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded from memory (RAM) once the processing task is completed or the session ends.
• Storage: No Face Data is stored on local device storage or remote external servers.
• Deletion and Revoking Consent: Since no Face Data or personal images are saved or stored anywhere, there is no face data to delete. Users can revoke consent to camera or photo library access at any time through their iOS Device Settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera/Photos). Revoking access immediately prevents the app from reading any further images.

1.5 Security Because no Face Data or personal information is stored or transmitted to external servers, the risk of data breaches or unauthorized access is minimized.

2. Information Collection and Third-Party Services

The Application does not share, transmit, or store any personal user data with third-party AI services or processing engines. All functionality within the Application operates independently, ensuring that your personal information is never disclosed to, or processed by, external artificial intelligence platforms.

3. Log Data

In the event of an error or crash, the App collects "Log Data" via third-party products. This may include your device’s IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App at the time of the error, and other internal statistics.

4. Children’s Privacy and Age Restrictions

We comply with global standards for children's online safety:

• Age Requirement: Users must be at least 9 years old to use this App.
• Parental Consent: Users between the ages of 9 and 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Under 13: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it from our servers immediately.

5. Cookies

This App does not use cookies explicitly. However, third-party libraries within the App may use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You can choose to accept or refuse these cookies in your device settings.

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data during processing. Because images and personal data are not retained after your session, the risk of unauthorized access or data breaches is minimized. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
