Data Storage

All your business data, invoices, client information, and signatures are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not transmit, upload, or store your data on any external servers.

Third-Party Services

Apple StoreKit: We use Apple's in-app purchase system to process subscriptions. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is never accessible to us. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
No Analytics SDKs: We do not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

How We Use Your Information

We use information solely to:

Provide core app functionality (creating and managing invoices)
Process and verify subscription purchases through Apple
Improve app performance and fix bugs

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export an invoice.

Data Retention

Your data persists on your device as long as the App is installed. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data permanently.

Children's Privacy

Invoice Docs is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access all data stored within the App
Delete any or all data through the App's interface
Export your invoices as PDF files
Delete the App and all associated data at any time

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Invoice Docs ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Invoice Docs is a mobile application that allows users to create, manage, and share professional invoices. The App offers both free and premium (PRO) features.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 PRO Plans

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly — $2.99/week (with optional 3-day free trial)
Monthly — $9.99/month
Annually — $59.99/year

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency.

3.2 Free Trial

The weekly plan may include a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.

3.3 Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

3.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device
Settings > PRO Active > Manage Subscription within the App

3.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business information
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are owned by Invoice Docs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Generated invoices comply with specific local tax regulations
The App is suitable for any particular business purpose

You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices meet applicable legal and tax requirements in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Docs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
