This Privacy Policy explains how LoveBle ("LoveBle," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the LoveBle mobile application and related services (the "App").
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
## 1. Who We Are

## 2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories.
### A. Information You Provide
When you use the App, you may provide:
- chat prompts, messages, and other text you enter;
- project names and other content you create inside the App;
- prompts used for AI-generated project icons;
- photos you intentionally select to use as project icons;
- emails and any information you include when you contact support.
### B. Voice Input and Speech Recognition Data
If you choose to use voice input, the App requests access to your microphone and speech recognition.
- Raw audio is used to create a transcription for the voice-to-text feature.
- If you send the transcribed text as a chat message, that text may then be processed like any other message you send through the App.
- We do not intentionally store raw voice recordings as part of the App's normal local chat history.
Speech recognition relies on Apple frameworks and may involve Apple processing your audio and transcription data under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
### C. Subscription and Purchase Information
If you purchase or restore a subscription, the App and its subscription management provider may process information such as:
- subscription status;
- entitlement status;
- product identifiers;
- transaction or restore status;
- app-generated profile or customer identifiers used to manage access.
Payments are processed by Apple, not by LoveBle. We do not receive your full payment card details.
### D. Device, Technical, and Diagnostic Information
We and our service providers may collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the App, such as:
- app version and build information;
- device type and operating system information;
- app configuration and feature-delivery data;
- crash logs, diagnostic events, and performance data;
- service-generated identifiers used to distinguish app installations or subscription profiles.
### E. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores a significant amount of your content locally on your device, including:
- chat history;
- project lists;
- project icon image data;
- some local settings and usage counters;
- local identifiers related to subscription state and feature limits.
Local storage helps the App restore your chats, projects, settings, and subscription state on your device.
## 3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide the App and its features;
- generate AI responses and project icons you request;
- organize and save your chats and projects;
- enable speech-to-text features;
- manage subscriptions, restores, limits, and premium access;
- troubleshoot errors, fix bugs, and improve reliability;
- deliver remote configuration values and feature settings;
- respond to support requests and communicate with you;
- prevent abuse, fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
## 4. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing personal data, including the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on one or more of the following:
- performance of a contract: to provide the App and the features you request;
- legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, debug, and improve the App and prevent misuse;
- consent: where required, including for microphone and speech recognition permissions;
- legal obligations: where processing is needed to comply with applicable law.
## 5. How and When We Share Information
We may share information with the following categories of recipients, only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:
### A. AI Service Providers
We use OpenAI services to generate chat responses and AI-generated icon outputs. Content you submit for these features, such as prompts and messages, may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing.
### B. Apple
Apple may process information when you:
- purchase, manage, or restore subscriptions through the App Store;
- use speech recognition or other Apple-provided device services;
- contact us through Apple Mail or other Apple system features.
### C. Subscription Infrastructure Providers
We use Adapty to manage subscription profiles, entitlements, purchase restoration, and access control.
### D. Firebase / Google Services
We use Firebase services for app configuration and may use Firebase services for crash diagnostics and stability monitoring.
### E. Infrastructure, Security, and Support Providers
We may use hosting, networking, proxy, delivery, storage, security, and support providers that process data on our behalf and under appropriate contractual or operational controls.
### F. Legal and Business Transfers
We may disclose information:
- if required by law, legal process, or government request;
- to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of LoveBle, our users, or others;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not use the App to track you across third-party apps or websites for targeted advertising.
## 6. Third-Party Services and Their Roles
The App relies on third-party providers that have their own privacy practices. Depending on how you use the App, your information may be processed by:
- Apple;
- OpenAI;
- Adapty;
- Firebase / Google.
We encourage you to review the privacy notices and terms of those providers before using features that depend on them.
## 7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
In practice:
- chats, projects, local settings, and selected project icons are primarily stored on your device until you delete them, uninstall the App, or clear the relevant local data;
- if you delete a chat or project inside the App, the App removes the corresponding locally stored history from the App's local store;
- support emails are retained for as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain support records;
- subscription and entitlement records may be retained by Apple, Adapty, and related providers according to their own legal and operational requirements;
- diagnostic or provider-side logs may be retained according to the applicable provider's retention schedule and policies.
Because the App does not currently require a direct user account, our ability to locate or separate all provider-side records for a specific person may be limited.
## 8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
Where required, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards designed to protect transferred information.
## 9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- access personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- request portability of certain data;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can also use the following practical controls:
- delete chats or projects in the App;
- remove the App from your device;
- manage subscription settings through Apple;
- disable microphone or speech recognition access in iOS Settings;

## 10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by local law to use digital services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

## 11. Security
