I have developed a mobile application (the "App") provided as a freemium service. This Policy explains how I collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use the App.

The App is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I will immediately delete it from my servers.

8. Age Restriction Reminder
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users between 9 and 18 must have parental or guardian permission. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 9.
