Introduction

OneOk Connect ("we", "our", "the App") is a network security application that provides encrypted tunnel connections to protect user internet traffic. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data. This policy applies to both the iOS and Android versions of our application.

Our Core Principle: No-Logs Policy

We do not log, monitor, record, or store any of the following:

• Websites you visit or URLs you access

• DNS queries

• Your browsing history

• Content of your internet traffic

• Your original IP address when connected to our servers

• Any data transferred through the encrypted tunnel

This is a strict no-logs policy. We have no ability to associate any specific network activity with any specific user.

1. Subscription Key

When you activate the App, you provide a subscription key. This key is used solely to verify your access to our server network. The key is stored securely on your device using platform-native secure storage and is not transmitted to any third party.

2. Device Identifier

We generate a random device identifier to manage subscription access across devices. This identifier:

• Cannot be used to identify you personally

• Is not linked to your Apple ID, Google account, name, email, or phone number

• Is not shared with any third party

• Is used only to prevent unauthorized sharing of subscription keys

3. Server Connection Data

When you connect to our network, our servers process the minimum technical data required to establish and maintain the encrypted tunnel:

• The server region you selected

• Connection status (connected/disconnected)

This data is processed in real-time and is not stored after your session ends.

4. Locally Stored Preferences

The App stores your preferences (selected DNS provider, language, split tunneling rules) locally on your device using standard platform storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device.

5. Analytics

We use Amplitude, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data that helps us improve the App. This data includes:

• App open and session events (how often and when the App is used)

• Feature usage (e.g. which servers are selected, connection attempts)

• Device information (device model, OS version, app version, language)

• Anonymous session duration within the App

This analytics data:

• Does NOT include your IP address, browsing history, or any VPN traffic data

• Does NOT include your subscription key or any authentication credentials

• Is NOT linked to your personal identity

• Is processed by Amplitude on servers located in the European Union (EU)

• Is used solely to understand general usage patterns and improve the App experience

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, email address, or phone number (unless you contact our support)

• Your Apple ID or Google account information

• Your location or GPS data

• Your contacts, photos, or any other personal files

• Advertising identifiers

• Any content of your VPN traffic

Third-Party Services

OneOk Connect uses the following third-party service:

• Amplitude — for anonymous app usage analytics (see Section 5 above)

We do not use any advertising SDKs, attribution services, or tracking networks.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party for any purpose.

Anonymous analytics data is processed by Amplitude under their data processing agreement. No personally identifiable information is shared.

We may disclose information only if required by law, and only to the extent that such information exists in our systems. Given our no-logs policy, we have minimal data that could be subject to such requests.

Data Security

We protect your data using:

• End-to-end encryption for all tunnel traffic (TLS/XTLS protocols)

• Platform-native secure storage for sensitive credentials

• Sandboxed application containers for data isolation

• Modern encryption protocols for all server connections

Data Retention

• Subscription key: Stored on your device until you log out or delete the App

• Device identifier: Retained on our subscription server until your subscription expires • Analytics data: Retained by Amplitude for up to 12 months, then automatically deleted

• Connection data: Not retained — processed in real-time only

• Preferences: Stored on your device until you delete the App

We process data based on:

• Contractual necessity: Processing subscription keys to provide VPN services

• Legitimate interest: Generating device identifiers to prevent fraud; collecting anonymous analytics to improve the App

• Consent: You explicitly consent to our practices through the in-app disclosure before your first VPN connection

Children's Privacy

OneOk Connect does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not contain any content or features directed at children.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your data: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of your device identifier from our subscription server, contact us at the email below.

• Access your data: Contact us to request information about any data we hold.

• Data portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format. • Withdraw consent: You may stop using the App at any time.

• Opt out of analytics: Contact us to request exclusion from analytics data collection.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
