Andrei Tsapko ("I", "me", or "my") operates the macOS application Sigli (the "App"). This page informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use my App.

To provide and improve the App, I may collect certain information, including but not limited to:


  • Network connection data
  • Device information
  • Usage statistics and analytics
  • Crash reports

I use this information solely to provide, maintain, and improve the App. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.


3. Subscription Information

Sigli offers subscription services. When you purchase a subscription:


  • Payment information is processed by Apple and is not stored by me
  • Your subscription status is stored to provide access to premium features
  • Subscription renewal is handled automatically by Apple according to your chosen subscription plan
  • You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings

4. Log Data

In case of an error in the App, I collect data and information (through third-party products like Firebase) called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the App, and other statistics.


5. Analytics

The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data that helps me understand how users interact with the App and improve the user experience. This data is collected in an aggregated form and does not personally identify you.


6. Service Providers

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:


  • To facilitate our App;
  • To provide the App on our behalf;
  • To perform App-related services; or
  • To assist us in analyzing how our App is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on my behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.


7. Security

I value your trust in providing your information, thus I strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.


This App may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by me. Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.


9. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to take necessary actions.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sigli! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sigli application ("App") operated by Andrei Tsapko ("I", "me", "my"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.


2. Description of Service

Sigli is a macOS application that monitors network connectivity, providing users with real-time information about their internet connection status.


3. Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Plans

Sigli offers various subscription plans, including monthly, semiannual, and annual options. Each subscription provides access to premium features as described in the App.


3.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. After the trial period ends, your selected subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial period ends.


3.3 Billing

  • All subscription charges are processed through Apple's App Store
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • The renewal charge will be the same as your initial subscription unless you are notified of a price change
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings

3.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies. I do not process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.


4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:


  • Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App

4.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum technical requirements to run the App. The App requires macOS 12.4 or later.


5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Andrei Tsapko. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.


6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Andrei Tsapko be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:


  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the App

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. I make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App.


8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


9. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion.


10. Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
