Privacy Policy

1. The account data is confirmed via an SMS code sent to the phone number entered by the user in the application and may be used in the GreenWay application for the following purposes:

   - Authorization and access to the application;

   - Restoring access in case of issues with the application;

   - Necessary communication with the User regarding the use of the application and GreenWay services (for example, informing about balance updates, changes in service terms, and other important notifications);

   - Managing the eco-coin system, including earning and spending them within the application services;

   - Conducting anonymized analytical, statistical, and marketing research to improve service quality.

2. Additional information collected by the application during usage, such as:

   - Device type and its unique identifier;

   - IP address and other diagnostic data;

   - GPS data of the device, Wi-Fi access points, and cellular tower locations;

will be used for:

   - Providing location-based services (e.g., displaying maps with eco-bikes and vending machines);

   - Ensuring the functionality and improvement of the application;

   - Sending updates, notifications, and information related to the application and its services;

   - Processing user inquiries and enhancing user experience;

   - Personalizing the application interface and services.

3. User data is stored on a private server owned and managed by GreenWay. We ensure the highest level of security and compliance to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

4. GreenWay has the right to disclose Users' personal information and data to third parties in certain circumstances, such as:

   a) Legal requirements of state and legal authorities in accordance with Law No. 560-II of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Informatization" dated 11.12.2003;

   b) Protecting the rights, privacy, security, or property of GreenWay, as well as the rights and interests of our users and others.

5. The User may at any time verify and delete account data in the GreenWay ID personal account, provided that the necessary data for authorization and account recovery remain. Otherwise, the User may delete their account entirely.

6. The User’s profile image, username, phone number, and other uploaded information, published and available in the GreenWay application, may be displayed to an unlimited number of people solely for the purpose of providing the corresponding GreenWay service and user personalization. This information (including personal data) is not intended for collection and further distribution by third parties, except where such a purpose is explicitly stated in the terms of the relevant service.

7. The User can manage linked card data through the GreenWay ID personal account. Adding, using, and managing linked card data is governed by the terms of Section 5 in the Terms of Use.
