ACCOUNT CREATION AND AUTHENTICATION

Phone Number-Based Authentication via Telegram Bot To create an account and use our Service, we use phone number-based authentication through our official Telegram bot:

How It Works:

You click "Login with Telegram" in the Application
You are redirected to our official Telegram bot
In the Telegram bot, you use Telegram's secure phone number sharing feature to share your phone number with our bot
Our bot generates a one-time verification code (OTP) and sends it to you in the Telegram chat
You enter the verification code in the Application
Your account is created or you are logged in automatically

Why Use Telegram Bot: • Secure phone number sharing feature • More secure than traditional SMS-based OTP • Free for users (no SMS charges) • Faster and more reliable • Encrypted environment

Important Clarifications: • We share your phone number directly with our bot using Telegram's built-in secure sharing feature. • We may also collect your name from your Telegram account (if available). • We do NOT collect your Telegram contacts, chat history, or messages. • Telegram is simply used as a secure delivery channel for verification codes (similar to SMS).

COLLECTING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data: While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Your authentication data and app usage patterns are used solely for providing and improving our Service, not for targeted advertising.

Sharing Your Personal Information: • With Service Providers: To monitor and analyze the use of our Service. This includes our Telegram bot service which is used solely for delivering OTP verification codes. • With Affiliates: We will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. • With business partners: To offer You certain products, services or promotions. This does NOT include sharing your authentication data or Telegram information.

What We Do NOT Share: • Your Telegram chat history or messages (we don't have access to them) • Your Telegram contacts (we don't collect them) • Your phone number with advertisers or third-party marketers • Your location history with unauthorized third parties • Your OTP verification codes with anyone

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Note: OTP verification codes are not stored after successful authentication and are automatically deleted from our systems.

DELETE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

How to delete your account:

Open the Application
Go to Settings > Account
Select "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Our authentication method complies with Apple App Store Guideline 4.8: • Phone number verification via Telegram's secure sharing, not social login • Collect only phone number and name (if available) from Telegram • No access to Telegram contacts, chat history, or private messages • No tracking for advertising purposes without explicit consent • Full user control over sharing through Telegram's built-in features
