a. Use of the Licensed Application:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Licensed Application on a device you own or control (e.g., iPhone, iPad). The app must be used according to the Usage Rules set forth in Section 9.b. of the App Store Terms and Conditions. You are prohibited from installing or using the application on devices you do not own or control.

b. Restrictions:

You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the application. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or modifying the app is also prohibited unless explicitly allowed by law or open-source licenses.

c. Updates and Upgrades:

Any updates or bug fixes provided by the Application Provider will be subject to this Privacy Policy, unless stated otherwise.

By using the Licensed Application, you consent to the collection of certain technical data related to your device and app usage. This data helps us improve the app, deliver product support, and provide updates. The data is anonymized for these purposes and is not used to collect personal information.

Note: The Application Provider does not collect or track personal content you input into the app.

3. Termination of License

The license granted under this Privacy Policy is effective until terminated by you or the Application Provider. The Application Provider may terminate the license if you fail to comply with the terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and remove it from your device.

4. Third-Party Services and Materials

The app may offer access to third-party services, websites, or content ("Third-Party Services"). These services may require an internet connection and may be governed by separate terms and conditions.

Location Data:

Any location data provided is for basic navigation and should not be relied upon for critical decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of location data.

The Application Provider is not responsible for third-party content or services, nor for any harm resulting from their use.

5. No Warranty

The Licensed Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Application Provider does not guarantee the app’s performance, quality, or accuracy. All warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Application Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including data loss or business interruption.

The total liability of the Application Provider is limited to $50.00.

7. Export Control and Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations, including U.S. embargoes and restrictions. By using the app, you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or on the restricted parties list.

8. U.S. Government Rights

For U.S. government users, the app and related documentation are considered "Commercial Items" and are governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and its supplements.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, and you may also be subject to additional local or international laws depending on your location.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

The Application Provider reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted in the app or on our official website. Continued use of the app after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
