1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how the Yearn Finance mobile app (finance.yearn.view) handles information. Contact: traffeeq@gmail.com.

2. Information we process

2.1 Information you provide

Watched wallet addresses and optional labels. Public blockchain identifiers only. The App never asks for seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or recovery phrases.
Watchlist preferences for vaults you save.

2.2 Information stored on your device

Watched addresses, labels, active-wallet selection
Watchlist entries
Temporary cached API responses for performance/offline behavior

This information stays on your device until you clear app data or uninstall.

2.3 On-device environment signals

On launch the App may briefly use on-device APIs (for example battery state and motion sensors) only to choose an internal mode (standard or live). Raw sensor streams are not sold and are not uploaded as analytics.

2.4 Network requests

To show portfolio and Yearn-related data the App contacts third-party services, which may include Yearn-related public APIs (Kong / yDaemon), public or gateway blockchain RPC providers, public curation/content sources, and a remote configuration endpoint (Firebase Realtime Database) that may provide routing configuration and, in some modes, a URL for in-app web content. Watched public wallet addresses may be included in read-only balance queries.

2.5 In-app web content

In certain modes the App may show a full-screen web view from an HTTPS URL provided by remote configuration. That page follows its publisher’s privacy practices. The App does not inject your watched wallet list into that web view.

2.6 What we do not collect

No account registration / social login
No advertising identifier tracking for ads
No built-in third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK in the current build
No push-notification identity system in the current build
No payment card data

3. How we use information

Display vault catalogs, prices, positions, and related information
Remember watched wallets and watchlist on device
Route read-only blockchain/API requests
Load optional remote configuration / web content

We do not sell personal information.

We do not sell your information. The App sends only what is needed for read-only features to infrastructure providers (APIs, RPC gateways, content hosts, remote configuration). Those providers process requests under their own policies. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention

Local app data remains on your device until deleted/cleared/uninstalled. Network providers may retain standard technical logs under their own policies.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures including HTTPS for supported network calls. No method is 100% secure. Do not enter private keys or seed phrases into the App or web content shown inside the App.

7. Your choices and rights

You can remove watched wallets and watchlist items in the App, or delete local data by clearing storage/uninstalling. Depending on your region you may have access/deletion rights — contact traffeeq@gmail.com. Much portfolio data is derived from public blockchain state.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International processing

Providers may process data on servers in different countries with different data-protection rules.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The effective/last-updated date will change when we do.
