Privacy Policy — Words Florids

This privacy policy applies to the Words Florids app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, package name com.wordsflorids.vrdjsnc, that was created by Vexies Studio (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include, for example:

Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address);
Device identifiers (model, OS version), language, and country;
Screens/pages you view, features you use, session start/stop time, and in-app interactions;
Crash logs, diagnostic data, and basic performance metrics.
The Application does not gather precise (GPS-level) location data.

The Service Provider may use the above information to operate, maintain, and improve the Application; customize content; prevent abuse and fraud; and send important notices about features, service changes, or required disclosures. For a better experience, the Application may ask you to provide limited personally identifiable information (e.g., a nickname or support email). Any information requested will be retained and used as described in this policy.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider analyze usage and improve quality. The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

as required by law or to comply with a subpoena or similar process;
when disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud/abuse;
to trusted processors and service providers working on the Service Provider’s behalf who are bound by this privacy statement and do not have an independent right to use the information.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using your device’s standard procedures or the application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

User-Provided data is retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter for backup, audit, or legal purposes. To request deletion of User-Provided data, contact benamorleila06@gmail.com; the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children’s use of mobile apps. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, contact benamorleila06@gmail.com so appropriate steps can be taken. Where required by local law, you must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) to allow processing.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained, including restricted access, encrypted transport where appropriate, and routine security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
