In short

The app works without an account and without any server: it does not collect, sell or send any personal data to the publisher. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

What stays on your iPhone

Everything the app creates is stored only on your device, in the app's own storage:

your alarms, missions and settings;
your wake-up history (time, missions completed, duration);
your tracked nights: minute-by-minute movement, sound level, and short audio clips (a few seconds) recorded when snoring or a noise is detected — you can listen to and delete them one by one in the night's detail;
your own voice recording, if you choose it as a ringtone;
the picture you choose as an alarm wallpaper (a copy of the chosen photo);
a technical log of the app (timestamped events, no location, no personal content), useful when something goes wrong.

Deleting the app deletes all of this. No copy exists anywhere else, except what you export yourself.

Permissions, and why

Microphone — voice and “Blow” missions, recorded ringtone, snoring detection during night tracking. Nothing leaves the phone: analysis happens on the device.
Speech recognition — “Say it in rhythm” and “Read aloud” missions. Nothing leaves the phone: recognition runs on the device only, never sent to Apple.
Camera — Object hunt, Barcode, Squats (phone placed down) and Smile missions. Nothing leaves the phone: frames are analyzed live and never saved.
Motion & Fitness — Steps, Shake and Squats missions; movement during the night. Nothing leaves the phone.
Location (while using the app) — the morning weather. Your approximate location (rounded to about 1 km) is sent to the Open-Meteo weather service (api.open-meteo.com), without any identifier or account, only to get the forecast. Without this permission the weather is not shown; everything else works.
Calendar — showing today's events in the Morning tab. Read only, never modified, nothing leaves the phone.
Apple Music — playing the song you chose as a ringtone. Nothing leaves the phone.
Photos — choosing a wallpaper. Only the chosen picture is copied into the app.
Notifications — bedtime reminders, a reminder when you leave the app during a wake-up. Nothing leaves the phone.
Alarms — ringing even when the iPhone is locked or silenced. Nothing leaves the phone.

From the app you can export your reports (CSV file) or share the technical log through the iOS share sheet. These files only leave your device if you send them yourself.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and asks them for no information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at the same address with its update date.
