This Privacy Policy explains how UniGame: Victory Arena (“we”, “the app”) handles information when you use the game.
By downloading or using UniGame: Victory Arena, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
UniGame: Victory Arena is a deduction-duel game for iPhone and iPad.

2. Information we collect
Play data stays on your device.
There is:
- no account
- no sign-in
- no advertising
- no analytics SDK
Stored only on your device
- circuit progress, stars, credits, sigils and honours
- rival dossiers, replays and contracts
- locker loadout and settings
- portrait and battlestation photos
- victory cards you pin or save
The in-app notice is the rule for this build: nothing is collected, and nothing leaves the device.
We do not collect:
- phone number
- contacts
- location
- advertising identifiers
3. How information is used
On-device data is used only to:
- run series, training and the circuit
- save career, dossiers and replays
- build victory cards and the battlestation scan
- remember audio and play settings
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Camera and photo library
You may:
- change your portrait
- rescan a battlestation from your desk
- save a victory card to Photos
Camera or library access is used only for those local images. Photos are not uploaded.
You can refuse permission and play without a custom portrait.
5. Purchases
Optional items such as Arena Pass or credit packs, if offered, are processed by Apple.
We do not store card numbers.
Nothing in the store buys a read.
6. Third parties
The core game does not use advertising or analytics SDKs.
Apple may process App Store installation and purchase data under Apple’s policies.
7. Storage and security
Progress, photos and settings are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.
Deleting the app may remove this data unless it is included in an Apple backup.
8. Your choices
You can change portrait, settings and local data in the app, or delete the app to remove data from the device.
Because there is no account server, we do not keep a remote copy of your career.
9. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will be available in the app or on the store listing. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
