1. Overview
StakeSpace ("the App", "we", "us") is a fully offline, entertainment-only casino-style game. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. The short version: the App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything the App creates stays on your device.
By installing or using StakeSpace you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
StakeSpace does not collect, request, store off-device, or transmit any of the following:
- Personal identifiers (name, e-mail, phone number, address).
- Account or login information — the App has no accounts, sign-up, or sign-in.
- Location data.
- Contacts, calendar, photos, camera, or microphone data.
- Advertising identifiers or marketing data.
- Analytics, telemetry, crash, or usage-tracking data.
- Payment or financial information.
The App requests no runtime permissions and declares no INTERNET permission. It cannot send data anywhere because it has no network access.
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
To let you keep your progress, the App saves game data only on your device using Android's local storage (private app storage). This local data may include:
- Your chosen in-game nickname.
- Your virtual chip balance, Orbit Rank, and experience progress.
- Game history (slot spins, roulette spins, and opened reward capsules).
- Unlocked badges, achievements, cosmetic rewards, and collection items.
- Local settings (sound and haptic feedback on/off).
This information never leaves your device. We have no servers and receive no copy of it. You can erase it at any time (see Section 6).
4. Virtual Currency and No Real-Money Gambling
StakeSpace uses virtual chips only. Virtual chips and all in-game rewards:
- have no real-world monetary value;
- cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, cashed out, or withdrawn;
- are used solely for in-game entertainment.
The App contains no real-money gambling, no real betting, no wagering of real funds, no deposits, no withdrawals, no cryptocurrency, no in-app purchases, and no advertising. It is intended purely as a casino-themed entertainment game.
5. Third Parties, Ads, and Analytics
The App integrates no third-party services. Specifically, it contains no advertising networks, no analytics or attribution SDKs, no social networks, no cloud services, and no external links or embedded web content. Because no data is collected or transmitted, no data is ever shared with third parties.
6. Your Choices and Data Deletion
You are always in control of your local data. Within the App's Settings you can:
- change or reset your nickname;
- clear slot, roulette, and capsule history;
- reset your virtual chip balance;
- reset all local progress.
You can also remove all App data by clearing the App's storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling permanently deletes all locally stored game data.
7. Children's Privacy
StakeSpace does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. As the App collects no data and requires no account, no personal information about children is gathered or stored. The game simulates casino-style play with virtual chips only and involves no real-money gambling.
8. Data Security
Because the App stores data only in Android's private per-app storage and never transmits it, your game data is protected by the operating system's standard app-sandboxing. No data is exposed to networks or external parties.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published with an updated "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
